우리는 10월 말에 2박 동안 Hotel Stern의 손님이었으며 호텔과 레스토랑을 진심으로 추천할 수 있습니다. 네, 방은 시끄럽고 가구도 여기저기 조금 낡았습니다. 하지만: 이 서비스는 그야말로 타의 추종을 불허합니다. 우리는 따뜻하게 환영받았고 항상 세심하게 보살핌을 받았습니다. 식당이 문을 닫은 동안에도 우리는 커피를 마셨다. 저도 떠날 때 개인 물품을 잊어버렸어요. 전화 통화 후 그는 즉시 아주 쉽게 우리 집으로 보내졌습니다. 그런 건 어디에도 없어요! 그리고 우리는 이틀 동안 레스토랑에서 식사를 했습니다. 음식은 정말 맛있었고, 빨리 나왔고, 모든 것이 신선하게 준비되었으며 모든 요청이 충족되었습니다. 정말 훌륭해요! 언젠가 만하임에 다시 오면 이 호텔을 다시 선택할 것입니다!

우리는 12월 19일에 그곳에 있었습니다. 20명. 식탁은 우리가 정어리처럼 뭉개지도록 준비되어 있었습니다. 방에 아직 공간이 많았고 무료 테이블도 있었기 때문에 이해할 수 없습니다. 1명이 우리 테이블을 돌보았습니다. 전채 요리는 비교적 빨리 나왔지만 나머지(사이드 샐러드, 메인 코스, 디저트)는 너무 오래(20~30분) 기다려야 했습니다. 메인 코스 접시는 즉시 치워지지 않고 약 30분에서 3/4시간 정도 우리 앞에 남아 있었습니다. 직원 중 누군가가 테이블에 오자 우리 셋은 마침내 뜨거운 라즈베리가 들어간 바닐라 아이스크림을 주문했습니다. 30분이 지나자 디저트도 없었고 직원도 보이지 않았습니다. 나는 카운터로 가서 우리를 잊었는지 물어보기로 했습니다. 카운터에서 주방이 훤히 들여다보였는데 웨이터들이 디저트와 다른 직원들을 들고 셰프와 편안하게 이야기를 나누는 모습이 보였다. 카운터에는 디저트 2개가 기다리고 있었어요! 제가 주방에서 나오는 모습이 보였으나 전혀 개의치 않았습니다. 나는 테이블로 돌아갔고 5분 후에 서비스 직원이 마침내 디저트를 가져왔습니다. 하지만 메뉴에 나와 있는 것처럼 뜨거운 라즈베리는 여전히 약간 미지근했습니다. 함께 이야기를 나누기 위해 휴식을 취하는 것은 놀라운 일이 아닙니다! 결론: 전채 요리와 메인 코스는 "괜찮습니다"였고, 디저트의 바닐라 맛은 저렴했습니다. 서비스는 정말 나빴습니다. 방/가구는 헐벗고, 부주의하고, 낡았습니다.
