Very comfortable with clean room and bed. Fully equipped with air-conditioning, fridge, and safety box. Front clerks were nice and kind. But considering its location, it would be great if the hotel provide us a free-tickets to the Freiburg city. The hotel is quite away from the Freiburg main train station that it is necessary to use eiter tram No.5 of bus No.10 (if I remember it right). At the moment the tram is under construction that we could not reach the closest station. It would be quite hard task for people who are not friendly with using Google maps. Overall the hotel deserves 4-star in spite of its location! Also there is ALDI right across the road. Very convenient and calm place to stay!

War ein kurzer, aber erholsamer Aufenthalt. Viel Liebe zum Detail und ausgesprochen fürsorglicher Empfang machen den Aufenthalt für mich erinnerungswürdig. Der nächste Aufenthalt in Freiburg ist sicher wieder hier.

Meine Aufenthalt war gut, die Lage ist sehr praktisch, 2 Minuten zu Fuß von Bahnhaltestelle. Aber ich finde die Preise für die Speisen einfach zu teuer.

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel, jedoch mit Einschränkungen. Wartezeit am Empfang relativ lange, da Personell unterbesetzt. Frühstück für die gebotene Auswahl und Qualität der angebotenen Speisen und Getränke vollkommen überteuert. Hier hat es viel Raum für Verbesserung(en). (Die Dame an der Rezeption im Morgendienst reagierte erstmal garnicht auf meinen freundlichen Hinweis, dass hier "Room for Improvement" beim Frühstück sei. Alles in allem ist das Hotel OK - mehr aber auch nicht.

Second stay for one night, and not the last. Very cosy atmosphere, nothing to moan about. Breakfast with 20 Euro too expensive, especially, because a bakery around the corner offers also nice stuff. We will come back.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht gebucht. Es war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet im zweiten Stock gelegen mit Sicht auf den schön angelegten Eingangsbereich. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, mit frischem Obst, verschiedenen süßen und herzhaften Angeboten, wie Rührei, Speck, Lachs, Kuchen, Brot und Brötchen. Es wurde laktosefreie Milch sowie neben Kuhmilch auch vegetarische Milchersatzprodukte angeboten. Eine Steckdose im Zimmer funktionierte nicht wurde aber nach unserem Hinweis auf die Liste genommen, um behoben zu werden. Die Straßenbahn fährt in unmittembarer Nähe ab. Schönes Hotel für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt aber sehr gut und weiter zu empfehlen.
