Da wir auf einer Veranstaltung in der lanxess arena ware, war die lage des hotels super. Auf die andere strassenseite und schon ist man da. Was mir noch gut gefallen hat war , dass das hotel 24 Stunden besetzt ist.

Very satisfied to the location and good service, breakfast, management of clean condition. It is very convenient to take tram and underground even train. The accomodation charge is very higher than the room size and grade.

The staff at the rec option desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was an ok size for a single occupancy. Typical twinbed style as it is common in Europe. Clean room. Comfortable mattress (I prefer the harder mattresses), and shower and sink water pressure were perfect. It is also only a 10-minute walk to Koelnmesse or one subway stop.
