Not a great experience at this property. The front desk staff was great and very helpful.....everything else was terrible. Very limited dining. Low quality food. Terrible dining service. Dirty rooms and grounds. Killed 2 cockroaches in our room. I felt like we were on a budget cruise line in a third world country. Thank God we only stayed here one night. Avoid if all possible.

We had a top level room with our own pool. The pool was huge. Also, we used to leave the resort every day and go up to the local supermarket, which is just across the street, and buy our own wine and food. Then we would go out to local restaurants. So I can't say much about the resort itself as we stayed in our own spectacular room. An amazing view a wonderful pool, massive patio. So we're quite happy. I will say the beds are not comfortable. We paid a lot, but it was worth it. There is no beach, but the water is spectacular. It's sandy right across the bay. You can walk it.

Will start with the negatives: It’s misleading to be called an airport hotel because it’s very far from the airport and in the middle of nowhere.
The only transportation from the airport is by a taxi.
It would cost you around 80 Euros just for a round trip taxi from and to the airport.
Even though I saw a flight crew in the hotel, it’s not a convenient place for a business man especially in winter.
The restaurant is very costly and has a limited food menu.
On the other hand the facility is huge and could be perfect for a family summer vacation at the beach.
The staff are very kind and helpful. And the breakfast buffet which was included in my stay was very good.
Due to the very limited transportation which also very costly, I will not stay again in this hotel.

Augenscheinlich schönes Hotel. Zimmer schön, Bad könnte eventuell modernisiert werden, Dusche in der Wanne war nämlich sehr eng.

We enjoyed the water view and the beach seating at this resort. We did not like our rooms conditions. There was mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom and the bed had hair and weird stains covering it. We also asked for an early check in as we arrived at 10AM and they said they would call us when our room was ready, they never called us and we waited until after 3PM to get our room. Normally this would not bother me at all, as check in time is three, but the resort was completely dead, and we only saw three other families out whole time there. So it was a bit disappointing.

The staff was helpful but we first entered a room in the non-smoking that reeked of cigarette smell. Then we were downgraded when we requested a new room. After that, we were sent to a larger room, with a broken shower.

It was such a long ride from the airport out in the country! Breakfast food buffet food was cold! No complimentary transfer to the airport ! Upon checking out staff insisted I did not pay the hotel fee $10 - I showed her my bank account was charged she got out a big book and started checking every receipt from that day ! Meanwhile she had people waiting to check out ! But went through every page for $10 then she found it after 10 minutes (Really) she looked like she was overworked and underpaid! But room was just average , definitely made for only 1 person !

The staff in this Greek hotel communicated well in English. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. It’s in a completely out of the way place so I’m surprised it was so full. The local cats meander in and out of the lobby which is quaint for a polished place like this. The hotel is located on a river in a beautiful spot-wish I’d had time to enjoy the pool and lawn views. The only minus is that I had to lug my huge 45 pound suitcase up and down a few steps to get to the awkwardly located elevator; there are no ramps in certain locations. There’s a ramp near the front entry steps but it’s blocked by taxis. In the US we’re accustomed to accessibility so not having it is surprising.

The location was not convenient for site seeing in Athens. There were too many cats on the property. Cats were in the restaurant as if they were dining guest (sat at the tables as well as hopped into the chairs). Had to clear out the cats from the Swim out area before using the pool from the room. The decor was dated. The area surrounding the hotel was not very safe for walking - few sidewalks.

Staff was awesome and main reason we rate this hotel high. We arrived right when the pool was closing and they still let us quick check in and let the kids swim for a little bit and that meant a lot!
