Becareful if you booked for standard room, because no bathroom in the room. So we must pay again for getting deluxe room, so that we can get bathroom in the room. Rooms are not tidied everyday, just throwing garbage.

I had a pleasant stay here despite the protest in HK.

Compare to the previous hotel we booked, we won't recommend this hotel for staying, and would rate this 1 star, oh by the way we got room no. 13502... and the reasons are: - Bed bugs. We had bites in our legs and arms. - Room in poor condition, no window but at least it had aircon, Noises Guest because the wall is thin. - They are not allowed us to store out luggage before the check in time available, the reasons is there's no space available for it. - There were no towels & toothbrush provided in the rooms. Towels had to be rented, and no Microwave.

Perlengkapan mandinya diharuskan rental 10 haik dan tidak diberitahukan pada saat mengambil kamar.

The toilet is too small, cannot hang clothes inside the toilet. Does not remind us regarding the check out time, thus giving us another penalty of 50HKD.

At first we got a smaller room and the ac is not working. We complained twice and next day, we were moved to a lot better room.

Accommodating person and near to MTR.

The place is good for tourist, it is located near the mrt. It is very accesible and easy to locate. The receptionist is welcoming and easy to talk to. Highly recommended 👍

The receptionist was not accommodating.

One of the staff (like old grandma) was so rude and killer. When I ask why the air conditioner can't be switched on, she angrily come to the room (receptionist is from 13th floor, my room is on 3th floor) and explain that I forget to click the AC panel. Of course I don't know, because the panel doesn't have any sign on it. When I check in, there is no staff coming here together with me to explain anything about the room. Plus, you have to pay 500HKD as deposit, which the other hostel usually don't take. There is no towel, no shampoo, no soap. But the most unsatisfying thing is that the staff attitude was so bad that I won't stay here later on my next trip.

Unhappy experience served by Mr. Lee on check-in counter(rude and arrogant). The mattress got bedbugs “6 itchy bite mark on my legs”(I can provide photo if needed). Tv not functioning. Up and down long Q for the lift.

It's beyond my expectation. I think the bedroom was very small, but I got the wide one and it made me enjoy the room.

Diberikan ruangan yang tidak sesuai dengan yang dipesan.

Susah banget, cari penginapan ini. Check innya juga susah karena beda lantai. Kamar sempit tapi okelah. Lokasi sebenarnya strategis, dekat mau kemana-mana. Ke stasiun cuma tinggal keluar gedung. Makan dekat restoran dan sevel. Shopping dekat bonjour, sasa, innisfree, dan lain-lain.

The location was good but the room itself was dirty and old and the lady cleaner would say that the room and sheets were clean when in fact it's not.. it has stains and it was dusty. the cr also is too small and smells really bad. i will never go back to this hotel again, not really a good experience.

The room is very small, but hotel location is strategic.

Room very small without any towell, toothbrush and water drinking. Television didn't work. Not recommended especially for family.

we arrived along with some other guests, but the check in time was still fast. we were offered an upgrade for window and 2 rooms next to each other, and we were happy that they offered the option.

We were supposedly booked to stay at the inn from 9 to 14 Dec 2018 (2 beds 1 roomwith private CR) but we had a delayed flight so we arrived at the place just the midnight after 9 Dec. Some of the items noted as follows: ✔❌Mr. Lee (owner/staff) was the first one who accommodated us upon arrival at the inn. We were charged 50HKD for late check in but offered us a room upgrade where we stayed for the first night only and stayed at the room we booked for the rest of the stay in HK (due to miscommunication). ✔Austin (receptionist/assistant) did a quality service during our stay. He was able to accommodate us and answer our queries (even though he is serving other customers at some point in time). Good point is that he converse in English as well so we did not have any problem with communicating our concerns and issues with him. ✔ Very good location. Near to the malls, restaurants, MTR station (Tsim Sha Tsui), hi-way (easy access to ride bus and taxi), foreign exchange counters, treats and souvenir shops ✔They fix and clean the room everyday. We usually go out in the morning to visit attractions and do scheduled activities and every time we go back to the inn at night the trash we disposed before are gone, the blankets are folded back and beds are fixed. ✔Outlet is compatible for PH chargers. USB ports as charger are also available in the room we stayed. ✔ Water dispensers are available at the hallways of the floor but no cup available ✔ Hair dryer is also available in the room. ✔ Aircon ✔ Exhaust fans ✔ TV (did not use much though since most channels speak non-english) ✔ Shower is with heater ✔❌ Deposit is required for the stay. Good thing is you can pay it in Php which is equivalent to 2,000 pesos. Just don't forget to claim it before checking out (we claimed it the night before our check out date since our flight is earlier than their office hour opening) ❌✔ Need to pay for bath towel for 50HKD. So we just requested one but then they said it's free since it's our first time to stay at the inn ❌ Though the room is fixed everyday, the mattresses and blankets/comforters were not replaced (not even once I think) during our stay in the second room ❌ CR door doesn't close properly. We raised it to the personnel but still was not fixed during our stay. ❌ No shampoo/soap available in the room ❌ Reception area is not the same as the one mentioned in the description when I booked the room
