Failing/refusing to do so will result in the rejection of the reservation.

죄송합니다. 방이 좀 좁고, 앞에 대기하는 직원도 없고, 방에 대한 정보도 전혀 없고, 방 뒷문에는 옆방과의 경계가 없습니다.

Handuknya bau banget! saya terpaksa pakai karena sudah terlanjur mandi dan tidak sempat periksa kebersihan handuk. Abis itu saya dan suami langsung gatal-gatal parah? Kloset dan toilet duduknya juga terkesan ngasal dibersihinnya disiram doang, masih banyak kotoran-kotorannya dan masih ada bekas disiram-siraminnya. Pesan buat 2 hari, karena saya pikir lokasinya gampang diakses, tapi baru sekali mandi langsung berencana check-out dan pindah ke wahid, Untung masih ada room disana. Tolong ditingkatkan kebersihannya handuknya!

Kamar cukup bagus, ada balkon dg pemandangsn gunung kembar Merapi-Merbabu, toileterries lumayan lengkap, ada sarapan meski hanya berupa roti dan teh panas. Yg agak mengganggu adalah tidak ada AC di kamar, sementara ruangan didesain tanpa ventilasi sama sekali. Terpaksa pintu belakang (menuju balkon) harus dibuka, termasuk pada malam hari, supaya ada udara masuk dan ruangan tidak sumpek.

Staf ramah. sayang walau memang pesan yang tidak ada AC minimal ada kipas atau exhaust. gerah banget jadinya tidak bisa tidur. Anak saya sampai buka baju tidurnya.

Please don't. Just don't choose this place. I know the quote “you've got what you've paid”. But I think this is way too much. Why I choose unihouse because I just arrived at Salatiga and tomorrow morning I gotta go to solo. So I pick the cheapest one in Salatiga. Okay my exp was the room is smell. The conditions is not properly maintained. The floor sticky and I have no word to describes. bathroom floor is wet because ada yang bocor. And there is no officer in front office. I waiting so long and security help me to get in and give me the key. No information wifi access. Thanks unihouse. I never ever recommend this place.

Saya memilih Unihouse untuk tempat menginap karena lokasinya dekat dengan UKSW, tempat saya kuliah dulu & sekalian nostalgia juga dengan Kota Salatiga. Unihouse ini sebenarnya kost tapi bisa disewa harian atau bulanan. Proses check in cukup cepat cuma karena saya baru masuk jam 9 Malam jadi harus bersabar dulu sampai security datang. Saya dapat kamar 302 di lantai 3 & Unihouse ini dilengkapi lift juga. Untuk ukuran kamarnya standar kamar kost pada umumnya tapi sudah kamar mandi dalam. Nah mungkin untuk ke depannya, manajemen Unihouse lebih baik pasang AC atau kipas angin, soalnya ternyata cuaca salatiga agak panas walau malam Hari. Yang perlu diperhatikan juga, tolong air panasnya diperbaiki soalnya saya coba setel kran & tunggu 5 menit tapi airnya tetap dingin. Oh ya, kalau menginap di Unihouse dapat breakfast berupa teh panas & roti bakar. Untuk harga ya masih okelah karena lokasinya juga strategis & dekat dengan beberapa tempat makan.Itu saja ulasan saya buat Unihouse. Terima kasih.

Kamar kecil tapi cukup lengkap. Kasur empuk akan tetapi dinding kamar terlalu tipis, sehingga tidak ada privacy, saya bisa mendengarkan segala percakapan dan bahkan suara-suara pintu kamar sebelah saya.
