Comfortable staycation here although little bit slow response from in dining room but overall it was great experience here

The stay was perfect as usual. My room always got upgraded and the service was impeccable. A lot of varieties for breakfast, and K22 is a perfect spot for afternoon meeting or evening drinks.

The hotel is very perfect for any purpose including but not limited to staycation, I definitely suggest to book and reserve the suite room with free access to gold lounge as you will be treated like a very honorable guest in the hotel, the hotel’s employee who served us are very welcome and nice and always providing us the best service and recommendation pursuant to the hotel facilities. A best place to talk about business matters while chilling at the same time. Suite room is definitely the best in the five star hotel I’ve ever stay.

I’m booked for fairmont gold deluxe and because my son was birthday, they upgrade the room to gold suite, awesome! They service very amazing, the room very clean, we love fairmont!

One of the best Executive Room and Lounge from the price range, starting off with a great quick check in at the lounge by the staff. The room: the bed was comfortable, everything spotless clean, welcome chocolate was exquisite, room view to the senayan golf course was beautiful and amenities was excellent. The executive Gold lounge was one of the highlight, the wide selection of food and drinks inc wine, sparkling, cocktails was well picked. Breakfast also have a great selection. Overall thumbs up to the services from the staff.
