Jadi trauma menginap di sini, sejak kejadian itu, besoknya badan pada gatel, bukannya jelekin, setidaknya jika ada yang komplain kroscek lagi bukan bilang ga tau dan nanya balik, baru pertama kali nginep di apartemen yang petugasnya begini. Saya berani nginep di sini karena baca ratingnya sangat bagus. Ternyata di luar dugaan, semoga ke depannya lebih berbenah lagi.

Agak kecewa dengan room DoubleTree kali ini padahal udah 2x kesini dan yang pertama memuaskan banget. Colokan listrik cuma 1 yang kosong, wifinya sih lancar tapi entah TV atau STBnya agak error sampe ga bisa play video YouTube sama sekali bahkan sampe ditungguin 2 jam masih black screen aja TV nya. Air panas juga ga panas sama sekali padahal water heater nya nyala. Handuk bersih wangi tapi robek sama bolong di beberapa bagian. Intinya next time perlu beberapa evaluasi untuk lebih memuaskan client. Thank you.

Tempatnya nyaman untuk tinggal. Perlengkapan juga lengkap seperti alat masak, alat mandi, kulkas. Bisa nonton Netflix juga. Bisa akses ke kolam renang dan gym.

Recommended banget sih, cuma sayang tempat tdrnya harus diganti sih, takut rubuh aja, soalnya udah reot, kalau secara keseluruhan, pelayanan double tree, the best, bakal balik lagi. 👍.

Kamarnya bersih, pas masuk wangi, semua peralatan dapur ada, netflix juga ada. Cuma kemaren pas di kamar agak bau rokok dan ada bekas rokok terus saya sapu biar ga bedebu. Adminnya juga fast respon. Bakal balik lagi sih nanti kalo staycation, cuma lebih di perhatikan lagi kebersihannya ya.
