저는 하룻밤을 묵었습니다. 직원들의 친절함은 좋았습니다. 환영받는 기분이었습니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 제가 머물기 훨씬 전에 방이 청소된 것 같았지만요. 하지만 여전히 편안했습니다. 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

Awal cekin diberikan kamar dengan ac yang rusak, kami sudah seharian lelah, sangat berharap smp hotel bisa istirahat dengan nyaman, setelah komplain. Pindah kamar (repot). Kami bisa istirahat (ternyata masih ada kamar degan ac yang normal), mengapa tidak dari awal. 😭.

Shower hanya air dingin, handuk sangat kotor seperti habis di pakai, drain tersumbat jadi banyak genangan air sampai kedua anak saya jatuh semua ketika masuk kamar mandi, kolam renang yang tidak dibersihkan. 3x ke hotel ini selalu kecewa. Kapok.

Suasana nyaman, asri, namun sarapan perlu ditingkatkan lagi kelengkapannya. Menunya sederhana dan enak. Namun tidak banyak sehingga tamu yang datang jam 9.00 pagi rata-rata sudah kehabisan.

The room too old, and breakfast so so. When you stay in 3-4 star hotel, you will get a awesome breakfast but you never get it in sere nauli. Management of hotel should work hard for maintenance the hotel.

Kebijakan yang membingungkan, terdapat aturan jika per kamar dihuni lebih dari 2 orang dewasa (kami 3 orang dewasa) wajib menggunakan extra bed dengan tambahan biaya 300 ribu, namun saat dilapangan katanya extra bed tidak tersedia tapi diwajibkan memesan 1 kamar lagi, dan ketidaktersediaan extra bed tersebut tidak dicantumkan. Aneh sih baru nemu hotel yang ada peraturan anak di bawah 7 tahun bayar 50.000 untuk sarapan. Lah anak gue baru umur 2 tahun yang makannya setengah orang dewasa juga engga. Seberapa banyak sih makan anak kecil? Cari untung aja nii hotel, Hotel bintang 5 juga ga ada tu peraturan begitu. Yang ada tu di atas 7 tahun bukan dibawah 7tahun. Bukan masalah 50ribu nya sekarang. Tapi peraturannya yang ga jelas!

They gave us a room with a broken AC, we raised this to the receptionist and he said"oh yes the AC is indeed broken", what came to my mind was why on earth would you give us the room? We booked the Suite room and expect the room condition will be atleast decent. They gave us a new room located on the 1st floor with pretty much the same condition as the 1st one: Room was dusty, the fungus was heavy around bathroom area, the room smells old seems it was closed for months, lots of mosquitos, some stains on the bed: red stains, a hole from cigs on pillow cover, the drainage was not running well at the bathtub so you can imagine what happen when you take a shower, some dirts from sweeping were left at the bedroom corner. We booked a total of 6 rooms (2 villas, and 4 rooms), all family members felt dissapointed on the hygiene and cleanliness. I am very dissapointed and will not reccomend anyone to stay here.
