We had a great staycation during the holiday, the kids love it, although the swimming pool is quite small compare to the size of this hotel and the number of visitor, hope next time the swimming pool will be bigger

Pros. What a beautiful staycation at Mercure Ancol, they have friendly staff, from the security officer, bell boy and the receptionist they are all well performed during the peak season, especially with Pak Denny at the front desk, he is very helpful. The breakfast was good, the area of the restaurant is huge, can serve all the guests with small queuing and you can spend your time enjoy the food with no limit time. The best of the best is the pool slide that my son enjoyed the most. Cons. Almost none but due to covid situation the activities of the pool is limited to 1 hour only. The variety of food is very good but needs to be improved for the taste. Oh ya, you have to pay the entrance fee for your vehicle and people, so you will spend more money if you plan to go out/in the Ancol Area. This Mercure Hotel deserves 5 stars recommended hotel from me. Well done Mercure Ancol and Thank you for your hospitality.

this hotel is very recommended👍🏻 very comfortable when I stay overnight for family vacation.. thank’s for the service during my stay here 😀 especially, I love the breakfast menu as mie goreng aceh, beef sausage, omellete, chicken kungpao, chicken porridge..

we were 1 night stay. first impression is that we got upgraded room from executive to suite room. what a surprise!!! beautiful room, kids enjoyed the room and the view (beach view). we had a great breakfast too.

We had an enjoyable stay here. Surrounded by Ancol's facilities, I think this hotel is one of the best 4-star hotel in town. They have a new room concept, good food, friendly staff, and affordable room rate.
