Pihak hotel berhak untuk membatalkan/menolak reservasi jika tamu tidak dapat/menolak menunjukkan kartu identitas yang diminta.

Hotel has a policy of not receiving any reservations made by non-married couples and that the married-couples has to present themselves with a valid government-issued identity prior to check-in such as Indonesian ID card (KTP suami-istri) / Marriage Certificate / wedding photos (foto-foto pernikahan).
Failing/refusing to do so will result in the rejection of the reservation.

A IDR 100.000 Damage Deposit is Required on arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn't damage to the property.

Kebetulan dapat kamar dengan kondisi kamar kotor, bantal merah yang kecil bau apek kayak sebulan tidak dicuci. Kamar mandi kotor disela sela muncul kerak kotoran. Dinding kamar dan atap ada bekas bocor tidak dicat jadi kelihatan joroknya. Meskipun begitu sisi positifnya AC dingin, air panas lancar untuk mandi.

Di sini diharuskan deposit 100 ribu jadi buat traveler yang biasanya cashless jarang bawa uang cash harap jaga jaga bawa uang cash karena deposit pun sebelah penginapan sepi jadi susah jauh dengan atm jika diharuskan bayar cash dan dari pihak resepsionis mengharuskan dalam bentuk cash tidak boleh debet atau lainnya walau pada akhirnya pihak resepsionis menerima hanya menerima 50 ribu dan ktp sebagai customer yang datang sudah lelah seharusnya tidak harus di persulit dengan prosedur yang harus cash dan akhirnya menyusahkan pada intinya baik cash maupun tidak tetap kita sudah melakukan deposit sedangkan untuk ruangan kamar cukup bersih dan sangat baik.
