매우 좋고 매우 즐거웠습니다. 다만 뜨거운 물을 끓일 주전자가 없고 욕실은 여전히 너무 미끄럽습니다. The Satu Stay의 직원들은 매우 친절하지만, 호텔 직원들은 그다지 친절하지 않습니다.

매우 나쁜 경험이었어요. 여기 머물고 싶지 않아요. 직원 서비스가 친절하지 않습니다! 여관에는 칫솔이 제공되지 않고, 티슈도 없으며, 객실 내 전기 주전자는 켜지지 않습니다. 켜도 전기가 나가고, 욕실 수도꼭지에서는 물이 새요. 직원들이 게으르거나 그런 거겠죠. 제 경험에 따르면, 제가 호텔에 묵을 때마다 직원들이 항상 저와 함께 있어서 서비스를 제공하지만 여기 직원들은 게으르고 불친절합니다. 여기보다 호텔에 머무는 게 낫죠.

좋아요, 단지 따뜻한 물이 없고 TV 화면이 좋지 않습니다. 벽에 구멍이 있습니다. 하지만 가족 여행으로는 나쁘지 않습니다. 수영장은 넓고 평평해서 아이들이 놀기에도 안전해요. 신이시여, 다시 여기로 오세요.

방은 더럽고 특히 욕실은 더럽습니다. 전에 청소한 적이 없는 것 같습니다. 그들이 사용한 사진은 AKASHA 아파트의 사진이지 그들의 집이 아닙니다. 그들의 집에는 사진과 같은 시설이 없습니다. 정말 최악의 경험이었습니다.

6-7 Januari '2024 staycation bareng anak dan suami, sangat menyenangkan, kamarnya bersih tersedia alat² masak yang lengkap. Dapat air mineral dan kopi sachet, kolam renang luas anak ku suka, minusnya parkir aja sihh. Jam berjalan gak ada maximal 😂😂 bikin bengkak kantong.

The room is not what I expected, very dirty, and the wall besides the bed is full with fungus. I'm very disappointed and I contacted the person in charge for a refund (I book 2 nights and we can't stay longer because of the dirty room) but very slow response. Not recommended place to rent.
