The customer service from staff and management at the Clybaun was exemplary. They could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable, and memorable. We stayed for one night in a family, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a drink in the lounge with family members the evening we arrived. The staff were friendly and the decor was very nice. It was good value. My only gripe is that we were late for the breakfast we paid extra for when we arrived, so I asked the receptionist if she could do anything for us and we would have our lunch there. She said yes she would refund our breakfast but never did.

My stay at the clybaun was not so good. Confusion over a double booking took time to sort out firstly. Pool was also very cold and we had to leave it early. Our table booking was not ready so they put us in what seemed a make shift table beside the door of the main bar with people constantly passing us,and they was numerous tables vacant when we sat down and left. We were not offered a drinks menu,and when we asked, it wasnt exactly given with enthusiasm. Children were running up and down our corridor all night, which our 3 year old found difficult to sleep with that noise and the their parents shouting at them.

I personally really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My only note was that if you are planning to use public transit to get into town and maybe have a big suitcase, it can feel quite difficult with the distance.

Le séjour dans cet hôtel s'est plutôt bien passé. Nous avons dû cependant retourner plusieurs fois à l'accueil car les cartes d'accès dysfonctionnaient. Nous avons aussi été déçus que la piscine et le sauna soient en maintenance pile le soir où nous avions prévu de nous y rendre et sans en avoir été préalablement informés. Sinon l'hôtel est très bien, les chambres très confortables même si les salles de bains ne sont pas des plus modernes. Par contre les rangements sont très pratiques pour ranger ses affaires. L'hôtel est propre, il est accueillant et le parking est très pratique. Le personnel est avenant.

This hotel is in a beautiful setting! Beautiful interior and the hotel is spotless… The courtyard Restaurant serves lovely food at a reasonable price. Plenty of variety for breakfast. Easy parking and wonderful facilities. Very helpful staff.
