스탭분들 모두 너무 친절하시고 좋았습니다. 처음 방을 바꿔달라고 했을 때도 그렇고 떠날 때도 택시까지 짐을 들어주셨어요.

Come gia altre volte, un piacevole soggiorno in un hotel confortevole, con ottimo servizio.

Hotel bem localizado, porém informa erroneamente que tem estacionamento ("As opções de estacionamento no local incluem uma garagem e uma cobertura"). Isso leva o hospede em erro, sendo que a propriedade está em ZTL e é impossível chegar de carro sequer na frente do hotel (o mais próximo que chega de carro deve dar quase 100m). Nesta parte é péssimo. O estacionamento mais próximo fica a pelo menos 10 minutos (impossível levar as malas do estaciomaneto ao hotel - tem que parar o mais perto possível e deixar as malas). O estacionamento indicado na recepção (Via Nunziatella, 2-4 Garage) nos esfolou (50EUR - uma noite). Quase mais caro que a estadia no hotel. O hotel é confortável. Quarto bom, limpo. Banheiro grande, box pequeno, limpesa mais ou menos. Ambiente muito bom no geral. Atendimento ótimo. Alguns mimos aos hóspedes. Iria novamente, atendo para a questão do estacionamento (NÃO TEM ESTACIONAMENTO).

My stay was okay overall, and I’d like to highlight the receptionist, who was very nice and welcoming. However, I had a less positive experience with one of the housekeeping staff. I felt that one of the maids was giving me rude stares, which made me uncomfortable and gave the impression of racial stereotyping. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects a lack of proper training in how to interact with guests. I strongly recommend providing staff with better training on professional behavior, including maintaining a respectful demeanor toward all guests. The low rating is due to your maid

È un piccolo albergo in una delle zone più belle e centrali di Napoli, facilmente raggiungibile con la metropolitana, vicino a tanti luoghi caratteristici e di interesse. Comodo anche come punto d'appoggio per soggiorni di lavoro. Non è un albergo classico, è particolare nella struttura e nell'aspetto. Accoglienza ottima. Colazione dolce e salata, con prodotti semplici ma buoni. Da menzionare la pastiera e la caprese. Simpatica idea del vassoio di dolcetti a disposizione messo a disposizione degli ospiti nel tardo pomeriggio. Costo accessibile, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Esperienza ottima. Nei dintorni ampia scelta di posti dove mangiare.

We arrived at night and couldn’t find the hotel. I finally had to call after pushing our suitcases up and down the street. They close the door at night and there’s no signage. Some members of the staff were very helpful with advice.

I selected this property from a Rick Steves’ travel book. It was delightful. I will visit again.

Ett speciellt och väldigt charmigt hotell med perfekt läge. Vänlig personal och bra frukost. Rekommenderas!

Minimal amenities but nice location in Chiaia district

We absolutely loved the location. We felt safe, It was walking distance to most of the sites we wanted to see. There is a train stop not too far away called Toledo. We actually saw many of the things we wanted to see while walking back to the hotel from the street. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was just what we need to start our day. We would definitely stay here again. The room was perfect size and had a small balcony to look out. The front door was not immediately recognizable, but the address it clearly marked and all you have to do at night is ring the doorbell on the left and you will be buzzed in through the small door which is an access through the large arched doors. The doors are open during the day and all you have to do is walk through to the stairs or elevator to the right. The building is terracotta colored with white balconies.

Alle var veldig hyggelig. Store fine rom, god seng. Frokosten var enkel men grei. Veldig fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake.

The staff is very kind and helpfull. The hotel is beautiful and located in a very nice part of the city. We’ve stayed here multiple times and I surely recommend staying here!!

I like the location. The room is too small.

Convenient location, close to port/subway station in walking distance and many restaurants nearby. The hotel has a lift.

Preis/leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht ( 200 Euro pro Nacht). Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr klein, Matratze sehr hart, Kissen sehr dünn, decke genauso das man mit undichten Fenster die sich nicht schließen lässt, sehr kalt nachts gewesen. Frühstück besteht nur überwiegend aus Süßes Backwaren und am zweiten Tag sogar die Kaffeemaschine nicht funktioniert. Das alle schlimmste ist das man nicht schlafen kann weil das Zimmer genau ganz dicht auf das benachbarte Restaurant ( davon mehrere) und bis kurz nach Mitternacht sehr laut war. Ab 6 Uhr morgens ging das ganze Lärm wieder los. Nein ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen!

Location was great, the morning breakfast was more than i expected and the staff was very Professional/Helpfull with all our day travel destinations I have traveled to approximately 75 countries so speak from experience so would recommend this hotel to any seasoned traveler Terry Keys
