호텔은 괜찬으나 주위환경 아주 안좋습니다 택시타고 시내나가는데 미터기없이 15유로 달라고함 왕복 30유로…ㅠㅠ

침대 중앙 전기소켓 두개 모두 작동 안함 욕실 드라이기 작동 안함 샤워기 고정이 안됨

깨끗하고 편안한 숙소입니다.도심에 걸어갈수 있는 위치가 아러도 관찮다면 좋은 선택이 될거에요

It is located in business area, not a site seeing area. Quality is OK as Holiday In standard.

Clean with polite staff

Loli on the from desk was amazing. So was the breakfast staff at the restaurant. To bad it so far away from the attractions we wanted to visit.

Fantastic time

Very loud fireworks and groups cheering loudly at night. Our stay was the night before New Year Eve.

The hotel and the staff were really great. The staff were all very friendly. It was super clean and felt like they remodeled within the last 5-10 years at least. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but they allowed us to go to the bar and get some drinks on them which was nice and we were happy with that. The breakfast had a decent selection, I do wish there were some more vegetable choices but that was just me…they at least had tomatoes and some salad but that was it. There were plenty of options though for everyone to find something to eat and they do offer oat milk and soy milk for the vegans out there. The bed was a little hard for me personally but my husband was super happy with it. I slept fine though. Just know the hair dryer doesn’t put out much heat but that is really the only negative I can find with the room. Everything else was very comfortable and nice. The location is where they lost one star. It’s not SUPER far but far enough it’s annoying to get anywhere by foot unless you don’t mind walking about 30-40+ min to get to the main area. Taking a taxi to the hotel will cost you around 14ish euros. I don’t know how much it would cost to get to the downtown area, we just took public. To walk to the train station it’s about a 15-20 min walk at a medium pace.

For a brand name hotel, this looks shocking. Everything in this hotel - particularly rooms, corridors, entrance, etc., are in need of replacement. Facilities look very dated as if no improvement is done in the last 20 years or so. Best to avoid this hotel unless major renovations happen.

Staff was very accommodating. Close to transportation and easy to acquire transportation. It is about a mile from the main train station, you can walk it or a cab costs around €15-17. May be better to get a cab considering the Naples area doesn’t seem to be the best, in comparison to Sorrento, cleanliness/safety-wise. Hotel was great though. Naples area in general, not as nice as the hotel was. Staff was exceptional, friendly and polite. Thank you for you.
