Nous sommes venus comme chaque année dans cet hotel et c'est toujours un plaisir d'y retourner, le personnel est top, gentil, c'est toujours agréable de le croiser. De l'arrivée au départ on s'occupe a merveille de vous.
Toujours de bons conseils cette équipe j'insiste est vraiment une très belle équipe je n'ai que du positif à faire remonter.
Concernant la chambre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour ma part je dirais simple et éfficace.
La literie est de bonne qualité après c'est une histoire de goût.
Le personnel ménager fait de l'excellent travail, discret on ne l'aperçoit pas et pourtant comme une fée serait passée en notre absence la chambre a notre retour était toujours irréprochable bravo également a ce personnel.

The staff was the best quality of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. The location was perfect. The breakfasts were plentiful. This was the best hotel stay in our 7 weeks in Italy including our 6 hotels. We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel room was rather tired and the price very high although the sea view was lovely.
The staff were very friendly but there was no assistance for carrying luggage (not that we needed it.)
Hotel parking is very limited but there’s a car park opposite which the hotel prepaid at a cost of €20 - added to the bill.
The hotel is very close to the seafront and shops.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, room was comfortable and nicely decorated, bed was comfy, toiletries were really good. Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking was onsite which was really helpful. Breakfast was varied and good.

Dejligt lille hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed. Personalet er nok noget af det mest serviceminded man kan finde.
Vi boede på hotellet i 5 dage og nød det i høj grad.
Der er meget få parkeringspladser ved hotellet, men det er let at finde andre p pladser, dog er det relativt dyrt.
Hvis man vil have fuldt udbytte af hotellets beliggenhed skal man booke et værelse med udsigt.

We had a wonderful stay. We were quite lucky and had a room with an outdoor patio and balcony with a spectacular view. The hotel itself is rather vintage. I think it was built in 1903. There were some exterior areas that need some tender loving care but it did not detract. The air conditioning was just OK; it was cool enough. Overall, the experience was totally amazing, especially the friendly front desk staff, I would rate the service 10 star if I could. The immediate surrounding area had interesting shops, and multiple restaurants with a water view. We were about a seven minute walk from the train station and about a five minute walk to the passenger ferry terminal.

The lobby staff were excellent, knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. Although Our room had AC it was a struggle to keep it comfortably cool. The tv didn’t work but we used out phones for watching shows. The car traffic and pedestrian traffic was insanely busy. We would stay in Santa Margherita next time ! Very low key and much more tranquil
