The staff and the condition of the property was great. We were here because of an early flight out of NAP and the property is close. Found the property to be clean and more upscale than many small hotels in Naples. They arranged for our early car to the airport and it went smooth as silk despite people still out celebrating NYE at 3:30 AM! Great pizza place 2 doors down. We felt lucky to find this place.

This is classed as a budget hotel, but overall I’d give this 5 stars - the staff are by far the best I’ve met, Gaetano on reception was exceptional, helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. We were even given a what’s app number if we got into difficulty/lost etc ! Housekeeping was also very good. The hotel lobby & staircase remains authentic which is really pleasing. The hotel is situated outside city centre, but on a good regular bus route (R5). Area around hotel is diverse and local with some good restaurants & take out options.

Short stay overnight to catch 6 am flight from Naples airport. Very comfortable and clean. Special thanks to Martina who was very helpful answering our questions and arranging a taxi to the airport.

The hotel itself is a little suspect.... room was freezing, water bowl from the toilet would not stop running and making a noise. Floor tiles broken, a tv half connected to the wall and would hit you in the head if you are taller than 5'6". That being said.... the staff for checking in was amazing, very helpful, supportive and genuinely nice. Not sure I would stay again.

Great little hotel in Naples. Staff super friendly and helpful, check in great, room was lovely, secured off street parking. Neighborhood seemed a little rough but may be typical of the city?

Property situated near Naples airport. Very convenient. Rooms situated in the renovated section are clean and well organized. Staff, Martina and Angelo were very helpful and nice.

The hotel is kind of a gem for the area it's in. Inside it's very clean and the bed was comfortable for myself and my daughter. There were coffee pods and hygiene samples available for use and the shower was very nice! I have to commend reception; I asked for an early check in, which was a bit too early, so they kept our luggage and moved it to our room when it was ready. We also received helpful instructions and directions to food places and using the local bus line. We would definitely stay here again!

The person at the desk was great, very helpful and super nice. It’s a great property, we had what looked like a newly renovated room. Great for airport which is very very close, if you’re visiting Naples, it’s around 45 min drive to main area. There’s a pizza restaurant near, but not too many options near by. Staff is willing to text with suggestions etc. Overall I would say great experience…no elevator, but the best air conditioner in Italy!

Our friend Angelo at front desk was very helpful and polite. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Naples. There are good nearby cafes and restaurants.
