I stayed for 3nights in single room in winter season and i loved it. Highly maintained room and Comfortable double bed with free wifi that signal is good. Plus the host (or staff) was very welcoming and the attitude was very appropriate. The best part is that it all comes in very reasonable price. The downsides are that single rooms share toilet but not the shower room and the hotel is located on 4th floor without an elevator. But those weaknesses didn't bother me at all because of its strong points. Overall great accomodation with great price and i will recommend to my friends and family.
청결 상태 양호한 방에 더블 베드에 신호 무난한 와이파이가 있습니다. 주인 아주머니께서 굉장히 친절하시고 무엇보다 가격이 아주 합리적입니다. 단점으로는 화장실은 공용이며 엘레베이터 없는 4층에 위치합니다. 화장실은 공용이지만 샤워실은 개인입니다. 저는 짐이 많지 않아서 좋았습니다. 그냥 그 가격대에 그런 방에서 잘수있다는점에 감사하며 3일 묵었습니다. 추천해 드립니다~

타지에서 친절한 대우를 받으며 지낼수있다는 것은 정말 중요하다생각합니다. 쉬는 곳이 마음까지 편해질 수있으니까요. 이곳이 그런곳이라 생각합니다.
비록 맨 윗층에 위치했음에도불구하고 엘레베이터가 없어서 체크인 아웃하는 날 캐리어를 들고 오르내려야한다는 어려움이있지만 이것은 절대 큰 어려움이 아닙니다. 하루를 더 연장할만큼 객식이 편하고 주인 아주머니께서 정말 친절합니다.

It was an amazingly great location, but I’m too old and fat for no elevator. It was located so perfectly, we would still stay here when back in Florence.

계단이 많은데 엘리베이터는 없고 4층?에 위치해있다는게 가장 큰 단점이었던 것 같아요. 그 외에 숙소는 방에 세면대와 샤워부스도 있었고 청결하고 좋았습니다. 짐도 늦게까지 맡길 수 있었어요. 창문 열면 두오모 쿠폴라가 좀 보이고 역에서도 그리 멀지 않는 좋은 위치라고 생각합니다. 티비도 있었어요.

엘리베이터가 없는 줄 알고 갔으나,
한국식 으로는 5층에 좁고 빙빙 돌아가는 계단이었습니다.
정말 엄청 힘들었어요..
샤워부스가 방에 있긴 했는데 좁았고,
화장실만 공용이었어요.
주인은 친절했고, 위치도 좋았으나
너무 힘들어서 다시가고싶지는 않아요.

프라이빗 룸이었는데 혼자 지내긴 나쁘지 않은 크기이다 물론 짐이 많다면 좀 작다. 화장실겸 샤워실이 공용으로 하나 있으며(온수는 잘나온다) 엘레베이터가 없는 4층이란거 빼고는 편했다
두오모에서 삼분 거리라 위치도 좋은 편

진짜 어느곳이든 가까워요 ㅋㅋㅋ
세면대로 방안에 있어서 편하고 샤워 물도 잘나왔어요
와이파이도 잘터지고 프린트도 무료로 해주셨어요 :)
다만 엘리베이터가 없어서 오르락내리락하기 힘들어요
침대도 약간 딱딱해요
근데 저렴한 싱글룸으로는 추천해요

가격대비 너무 실망했던 곳입니다.
위치는 중앙역과 두오모 성당 사이에 있어 좋긴하나,
4층인데 엘리베이터가 없어 캐리어를 들고 올라가기 너무 힘들었습니다.
또한 모기가 너무 많아서 청결이 의심됐으며 라디에디터를 켰음에도 너무 추웠습니다.

음식점 추천해주는데 숙소에서 가까운 음식점의 피자가 맛있다
기차역에서 걸어가도 되고(사실 왠만한곳은 다 걸어갈 수 있는 도시) 조금 걸으면 두오모보이고 좋다

누나랑 같이 3박 묵었는데, 위치가 굉장히 좋아요.
피렌체가 작아서 숙소를 어딜잡든 많이 불편할거 같진 않지만 위치가 맘에 들었습니다. 다른 부수적인 부분들도 나쁘않았어요. 다만 엘레베이터가 없어서 20kg에 육박하는 캐리어를 끌고올라갈때 좀 힘들었죠. 가격대비 괜찮은거같아요.

Super bem localizado entre a estacao de trem e o Duomo. Quarto super limpo, cheiroso e com bom tamanho. O unico problema sao as escadas. Se voltar a cidade pretendo me hospedar novamente nesse hotel

This was a fine, functional, adequate, clean facility, quite walkable from the train station and quite walkable to all of the city-center museums, galleries, etc. Excellent location. Beware, though, there is no elevator and the hotel is up a lot of windy twisty stairs! Do not select this hotel if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, it was a fine option.

Very clean and modern rooms - super close to great restaurants, coffee shops and steps from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the train station! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Florence! The staff is super friendly, helpful and approachable which was great. Only negative about this hotel is the number of steps - I think my wife counted around 70 to 74 steps to get to the hotel floor. There are no elevators unfortunately - no biggie if you are young like us and pack light but might be tough for older individuals with kids and/or heavy luggage.

BEWARE: you need to climb 78 steps of stairs to get to the hotel. If you have big luggage, take that into consideration. The room is as pictured or maybe slightly better. It comes with a mini fridge, and they even gave me a bottle of water to start my stay. I had a room with a private bathroom, but my private bathroom is a few doors down, so it is not as convenient. You need to pay for city tax in cash as well. Other than that, I have no complaints.
