I only stayed shortly but definitely loved the experience. Staffs were really kind and room were small but cozy with sophisticated touch of opera, (mine was a ballet backstage shot!) and no need to mention about the good location between La Scala & Brera.
I would like to come back for my vacation with opera!

The location was the best part of this hotel. You can get everywhere by walking in 10 minutes. Hotel was pretty clean but it was little hot within the room. Service was nice too.

5성급 이상의 최고급 호텔을 이용해보진 않았지만, 밀라노에서 여행을 한다면 주저없이 다시 이용할만큼 최고의 호텔이라 자부합니다. 2년전 투숙때 조식시간에 하프를 직접 연주해주는게 무척 인상깊었는데 이번에서 같은 연주자가 연주하여 반가웠습니다.

Great option for a stay in Milan! Within easy walking distance to all major sights and public transportation, including train station. Very pleasant and accommodating service, great breakfast (with harp player!) and well kept rooms. Can hear a fair amount of noise from other rooms, so bring ear plugs if you're sensitive to that (I used earplugs, and that solved it). Would stay here again!

Wir hatten eine Suite. Diese war groß und geräumig. Allerdings war die Terrasse nur durch etwas Grün vom Nachbarzimmer getrennt. Wenig privater Raum ausserhalb des Zimmers. Auch war die Baderzimmertür von einer Seite aus nur eine Schiebetür, welche nicht richtig schloss. Die Whirlpoolfunktion der Badewanne funktionierte nicht. Und es gab nur eine grosse Decke fürs Bett.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber nicht abwechslungsreich. Das Personal freundlich. Auch war die Bar geschlossen. Die Lage war sehr gut. Trotzdem würden wir für den Preis (2300 Euro für 4 Nächte) nicht nochmal buchen.

Nice hotel and good staff. Courtyard rooms do not have much natural light, that is only issue. Amazing location for tourism and shopping. Recommend staying but asking for a non courtyard room.

The property is in a good location and the breakfast is great. The lobby is clean and nice. The rest of the hotel needs some upgrade the paint on the hall walls are chipped and peeling. The bathroom really need to be updated. The room is small and not enough light. I don’t think there is enough value for the cost.

Lovely hotel in centre of Milan. Great location. Walkable to everything and beautiful cobbled streets and bespoke shops all around. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Antonio helped us to a waiting taxi when road outside was closed for La Scala new season premiere. Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with usual selection but an added treat of a live harpist playing Saturday morning. Would definitely recommend.
