집같이 편했습니다. 직원분들도 아주 친절하시구 편하게 대해주시더라구요. 다만 시내까지 걸어서 가기엔 조금은 거리가 있는것이 단점이었습니다. 하지만 숙소만큼은 지낼동안은 정말 편한 마음으로 지냈습니다. 만족스러웠습니다.

관광지와 그리 가까운 건 아닙니다 그다지 특별했던건 같진 않구요 엘리베이터가 작다, 어린애도 시티 택스를 받는다 뭐 이런것만 기억나네요

기차역이랑도 가깝고 주요 관광지까지 느긋하게 걸어서 15~20분정도면 도착함. 숙소 앞에 작은 강이 있어서 평화로운 분위기. 관광지까지 가는 길도 복잡한게 아니라 그냥 큰 길 따라 직진하면 나옴. 근처에 레스토랑이 많고 가격대도 10~20유로정도로 괜찮음. 간단하게 샌드위치나 아이스크림을 먹을 만한 곳도 자주 보임. 숙소에서 두오모까지 가는동안 약국을 두 번 정도 봄. 근처에 공원이 있어서 휴식 차 가기도 좋음. 방은 1층에 도로쪽이라 다소 시끄럽긴 했음. 방 넓기는 적당한데 욕실이 좁음. 히터 작동 잘 됨. 프론트 직원들 모두 친절했고 조식은 6유로인가 7유로인가 했는데 엄청 다양한 뷔페는 아니었지만 그 가격대에 어울리게 배불리 먹을 수 있는 딱 적당한 퀄리티였음.

3박을 머물렀는데 직원들도 정말 친절하고 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 도심까지는 도보 15분정도의 조금 먼 거리에 있지만 그것을 제외한 나머지 아무런 불편함 없이 지냈습니다. 피렌체에 다시 간다면 다시 예약 하고싶네요.

지하철이 없는 피렌체 특성상 버스노선을 잘 모르는 관광객이 도심(두오모)까지 이동하기에 걸어서 15분정도 거리라 조금 멀지만 4일 지내기에 전반적으로 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 조식은 다른 이 가격대의 호텔과 다를거 없이 그냥 커피와 빵 정도 입니다.

Disgusting Hotel! At this property, we were given a room WITHOUT windows! (Misleading advertising). The toilet was inside the shower. Please read that again, the toilet was inside the shower!!! The room didn't have air conditioning, only heater. The wallpaper was coming off and it had yellow stains. The buttons of the elevator didn't work. So, good luck trying to get in the elevator. The entrance doors from the hotel, had a sign in Italian that read: "Authentic doors don't work, open with your hands." Just pathetic! It's illegal to rent a room without windows; so, I don't understand why this hotel it's here on Expedia. We refuse to spend any time in the room that they gave us. So, we spent about an hour searching for another accomodation in Florence in such a short notice. Hotel Panama refused to refund our money. So, we're now still fighting for it with our credit card company. Don't book in this hotel. It's dilapidated! Shame on Expedia for suggesting this hotel.

They canceled my hotel reservation when I was on a flight from America. They called me but did not leave a voice message after being awake 40 hours they did not even help me find another hotel. Staff was very rude and apologized, but gave me no reason for canceling my reservation after I booked a month ahead of time. I do not recommend this place for anybody they are not reliable avoid at all cost.

Hotel tres sympa, nous avons eu une grande chambre avec Balcon. A 15min a pied du Dome, possibilité de réserver une place de parking, places payantes disponibles sur la rue.

Nos colocaram em um quarto na área externa, quarto com cheiro de mofo, conversando na recepção mudaram o quarto para a área interna, bem melhor, apenas um cheiro de desinfetante muiiiito forte, desnecessário. Quarto e banheiro bem amplos, limpeza ok, roupas de cama e banho, impecáveis, um item que eu sempre observo: limpeza no geral. Café da manhã simples, porem agradável. Recomendo

When I came to the hotel on the second evening my room was not locked - the door was not closed after cleaning and I felt very uncomfortable. Nothing was stolen, but it did not feel good. Furthermore the room furniture was very old. I think for this price the room should be remodeled. The bidet was highly advertised, but the drain was blocked and not usable. The bathroom was very tiny and the shower too small and without any storage to put the soap. I would not book this hotel again. However the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean.

Nossa estadia foi terrível, não poderia ser pior. Mosquitos, o ar condicionado não funcionava e fazia muito calor. Cama e travesseiros desconfortáveis e muita poeira. Esse hotel deveria fechar as portas.
