amazing stay in every way

We absolutely loved this property for several reasons. The location is perfect—just a scenic 5-minute walk to the bustling town center and shopping district. Our room was fantastic, offering a spacious, renovated layout with breathtaking ocean views. Luigi, our host, truly stood out; he went above and beyond, assisting with our ferry ticket bookings and arranging for our luggage to be delivered to the port. His warmth and generosity made our stay exceptional. The drinks were outstanding, and the bar's view of the Capri mountains was simply breathtaking. This hotel truly deserves 6 stars. Don’t bother looking elsewhere—we've done the research for you!

This is a fantastic hotel. Everything is perfect.

Our room flooded during a rainstorm and we had 2 inches of water throughout our room. This has clearly happened before as it was designed to drain. We were up all night with no one at the hotel to available and had to rescue shoes and other items on the floor. It was a muddy mess. The next day we asked to move rooms as the place was a mess. We waited until early afternoon before we could move wasting a day. The hotel still charged us the $1000 rate for that night saying the upgraded us for the next few nights, which they didn’t. We were so disappointed and disgusted with the treatment me received.

Experiência maravilhosa!!! Hotel esta muito bem localizado, muito próximo de tudo. Funcionários nota 1.000!!!! Única observação é que no meu quarto não tinha espelho, tínhamos que entrar no banheiro para se olhar.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Scalinatella, this hotel, and I can confidently say this was one of the most memorable experiences! From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality we received was outstanding. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and a refreshing drink. They promptly assisted with my check-in, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. Every corner of the property exuded a sense of care and attention to detail. My room was a true sanctuary—a perfect blend of elegance and comfortt, They went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met, and it really elevated my stay. In summary, La Scalinatella, exceeded my expectations in every aspect—from the exceptional hospitality and cleanliness to the incredible food and luxurious rooms.

A estrutura de piscina do hotel é linda, mas apenas isso. O quarto não tinha vista para o jardim, mas sim uma parede. Quarto ruim, com parede até descascada. Toalhas ásperas, cama dura e travesseiros ruim. Um hotel com quarto de no máximo 3 estrelas. Muita decepção

This hotel was fabulous and the staff was even better. It was so nice that we barely left the hotel. Do not hesitate to book your vacation at this establishment.

Bemerkenswert wie wichtig es dem Chef sowie den Mitarbeitern ist, dass man sich im Hotel sehr wohl fühlt. Das komplette Hotel ist sehr teuer ausgestattet. Der Pool ein echtes Kunstwerk . Das Essen 1a. Nur schade, dass die Gäste lieber in die Stadt ziehen für ne Pizza.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was beautiful. We felt the room itself lacked warmth and just felt like any other hotel room. For the money and the area and coming from and to other 5 star properties within this region, the fee amnesties and room itself were lacking.
