Beautiful location Wonderful service All staffs are kind

reception staff (men) was very rude as if i am his staff despite that i booked the biggest room in the hotel so called "penthouse". Also, he told me to refer his colleague about the information on penthouse upon my arrival. I was shocked. I am not going to visit this hotel any more. worst como experience with the staff. Also breakfast staff complained about switching table when they kept asking me where i want to sit. So, i chose the one after changing it three times.

Great location for taking a rest. Great view of the como lake you could enjoy. but a bit far from centrol como area. If you would like to go village, you have to use taxi or rental car. Small room, but valcony area was spacious with tables and chairs, this could compensate for it. Breakfast and restaurant were nice. You could enjoy view of the como late with good quality breakfast. Parking lot is ready, but it is not free, you can use it with small amount of money. This hotel is cosy and nice hotel for enjoying como lake.

The Hotel is amazing! The view from our room was incredible. One of the best New Years celebration we’ve had. Also, the staff were professional, attentive and friendly. We can’t wait to come back.

Loved the views, quietness and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are excellent and friendly. The beautiful surroundings and decor were really beautiful. The rooms are big and room service is pretty quick. Would stay here again. I was also a solo traveler.

I forgot all the names from the breakfast team but give them all a raise - very nice and friendly.

This place is WAY overpriced. Nice location on the lake, but the rooms are extremely small, and the service was terrible. The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. When our room was ready, they told us to go up to our room and the porter would bring our luggage. We waited, waited and after 30 minutes went down to the luggage room and brought up our bags ourselves. No one even noticed we had grabbed them! The staff were so unattentive. When we asked about their “spa” the lady at the front desk told us nothing about how it worked and only told us when we can’t use it!? Not helpful at all. After 3 weeks of travel in Europe, this was supposed to be a real special treat for us. We spent over $1,000 USD for a night that was no better than a Comfort Inn in the US. Don’t be bamboozled by the pictures.

This was a beautiful property. A little outdated but great location.

Right on the lake. Close to the ferry terminal.

My wife had a knee injury, and needed a wheelchair. The property when we arrived, had a wheelchair ready and assisted us. The staff and hotel has been very gracious to us and has been very helpful under these difficult situation. We extended our stay feeling that another hotel would not be able to accommodate us like this. The ground, hotel and room are very well cared for. The restaurant has excellent food and the bar has excellent drinks. We also love the location and view. We highly recommend this hotel. And if we come back to Como will definitely be back here.

the staff was awsome especially mattea at the reception was getting out of his way to help guide us through our stay and felt his personal touches was very unique and addrresing me and remembering my first name and each time he saw me greeting me and asking if i needed anything also the bikes were available free to wonder around the city the view from my room balcony was unbeatable would definitely recommend staying their

Rooms are very small, but the views are spectacular.

This is an elegant hotel with lovely grounds, a first class restaurant, 10 minutes by car from the center of Como. The staff are outstandingly nice and helpful, especially Luca at the front desk. I would not come here however if you intend to stay in the cheapest rooms which are very very small and not worth the price. If you can afford the larger rooms you should have a wonderful time.

Amazing stay! Breath taking view of the lake from room. Hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly.
