숙소가 신축이라 정말 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 침구류 수건 모두 깔끔했고 인터리어도 고급스러웠어요.

3 month old impeccable hotel that is located super close to the Osaka City Station! The rooms still smell new and I was on the 16th floor, top notch with a city view as well! The staff, all of them were so attentive and caring - just world class service! Highly recommend this Hilton for sure!!

Canopy is new property and few taxi driver knows about it. It takes us some time to find the entrance and we were confusing about grand front and grand green buildings. (They are though connected.) Veronica at the front desk was very helpful and find us a solution since I booked a wrong room type. The breakfast is super! Not to mention the variety, you could also experience daily local specialties. We loved the breakfast. Healthy, good choices and tasty! The location of the hotel actually are connected all the department stores in Umeda. Great shopping experience. Thank you Osaka staff, we will come back again!

Staff excellent and accommodating with excellent view but taxi and uber pickup still needs work so ask desk to call taxi for you.

Hotel staff are very friendly, hotel is very close to shopping district and dining area.

I have stayed here 3 times in the last 3 months. A genuinely great hotel with excellent service. A 5 minute walk from Osaka station with good access to shops and restaurants. Breakfast is cosy with both local and western options

Probably this is the best location hotel in Osaka. If you are convinced to pay money for save your time, this is the one you’re looking for.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel right in the heart of Osaka. Should be rated 5 star in my opinion. The room was perfect and I’ve never seen such accommodating staff in my life

All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are relatively large in Japan. Rooms are really good.

9月のオープンで、綺麗でした。スタッフも感じがよかったです。 出歩かなかったのでわからないですが、近くで食事できるところありました。 入ってエントランス反対側にローソンがあるのが見えたので、寄りました。 閉店になるので、早めの買い物を 空港行きのバスに乗るのにも便利だと思います。徒歩10分以内です

The front desk staff is very friendly and always eager to help. Room is clean, spacious and functional.

Had a lovely time at the Canopy. Thought the walk from Umeda station was very simple and it was great to be in a building with plenty of restaurants, stores, and coffee shop. The room was large and clean with a nice city view and elegant design. Breakfast was a treat with a good variety of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would love to return and stay at this property again!

16時に到着したらチェックインが込んでいて30分待ってくれとの事、30分後に呼びに来てくれるとの話でロビー隣接のバーのような所でドリンクを頂き待機。60分待っても呼ばれないので、こちらから連絡。忙しいのは分かるがこれで第一印象がかなり悪くなった。あとホテル周辺の宿泊者をフロントに到着させるまでの案内表示も分かりづらい。メンバー登録すればWi-Fiは無料になるとの事だったが、今時登録しなくてもWi-Fiなんか無料でしょ。チェックアウトでWi-Fi利用代1100円とられた。代金が欲しいならこんな1100円は宿泊費に上乗せしとけば良くない?チェックアウト時の支払いやりとり自体が無駄な時間に思える。

Lovely place. People were friendly and accommodating. Check in was slightly delayed, and they offered complimentary drinks and snacks while waiting. Room was large and cozy with a beautiful view. Lots of amenities. Will definitely book here again for my next visit.

Difficult to find the front for taxi drivers. Automatically set room to do not disturb so we came back to a dirty room after long day. Service doesn’t match the price.
