The staffs are so kind. And allbthe facilities have been renewed recently.

Amazing hotel. Great location. Great staff. Clean spacious rooms. Brand new. Just be careful. The buffet charged $8US/Coke and they fill it halfway. Otherwise, not a negative thing to say.

Excellent room space and well thought out bath area. Only thing if needs to b corrected will be the table in the room. The legs of the tables are extremely sharp and hurts when you accidentally kick it. Apart from that, thumbs up!

Everything about this property was excellent, except the air conditioning in the room at night was not great. It got too hot and we couldn’t control the temperature.

地鐵東西線京都市役所站走路2～3分鐘、很近。大廳跟房間都很新穎、有低調奢華的京都風格，房間很寬敞舒適，這3天濕度很低，如果房間有加濕機就更完美了。

Wow el hotel esta nuevo y la decoracion es espectacular. Todo lindo.

Staff was great, particularly the concierge desk and outside transportation and baggage desk.Hotel is centrally located, walking distance to Gion and many other important places.

As an American, Hilton hotels in the US aren't the best so I didn't have high expectations other than I knew because of the culture, the service would be great even if the accomodations weren't. I was happy to say that the room, gym, lobby and restaurant was beautiful, clean and modern. It exceeded my expectations. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was so good that we didn't try any other restaurants in the walking area although I think it would be a good thing to try other places if you have more time. I stayed for 2 days in Kyoto and explored the areas so after being worn out after a long day, it was nice to know I was going to have great food and a comfortable place to sleep. I would stay here again. It is very convenient and there were shops and restaurants everywhere in the area of the hotel.

Great rooms and service

The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home and welcomed. They are also very accommodating to gluten - free needs to those who suffer from Celiac’s Disease. We would definitely stay there again. - RG.
