교토 다카오 간코 호텔

1. 교통이 매우 불편합니다. 교토시내에서 너무 떨어져있고 픽업서비스 제공을 해주긴 하는데, 그래도 불편합니다. 2. 시설이 너무 낡았고 청결하지 않습니다. 욕장의 탕 바닥에 모래같은 것들이 이틀내내 그대로 있었습니다. 3. 날씨는 겨울 치고는 춥지 않은 편이었는데도 실내가 너무 추워서 잠자기 어려웠습니다. 4. 아침식사는 정갈하고 맛있었습니다.

An amazing and unique traditional stay in a small town outside of Kyoto. It is secluded and we were still able travel to Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, and Kobe. Public transportation is provided multiple time every morning, and although I did a lot I highly recommend walking around the trails, and temples. My favorite temple was right behind the hotel, and it held amazing views and was not crowded at all. This was by far one of the coolest experiences i’ve had, and if you are looking for a traditional stay this place is it. They cater to whatever need you might have, and everyone is so nice. It is hard to put into words how much I enjoyed this experience!

Great retreat from hustle and bustle of city life! Loved the location; morning walk to the Buddhist temples were so refreshing ! Old property, well maintained and well serviced.

The location and surroundings of this ryokan was perfect after a week of hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The staff was very kind and nice. The food was magnificent in its presentation and taste. The creek on the property was so peaceful and beautiful. Hiking to the various temples was a great fun activity to do as well. Great place to stay away from the hectic town center.

Absolutely stunning ryokon in a tiny little mountain town just outside kyoto. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs, even preparing breakfast and transport to the station an hour early so we could catch our next train to tokyo. The ryokon itself was absolutely gorgeous, nestled away in the trees next to a mountain stream, it is a breathtaking picturesque view like something out of a ghibli film. The rooms were quite spacious and very traditional japanese style and the baths were very soothing and comfortable. All in all i highly recommended this place to anyone who is looking for a more quiet and traditional type of stay.

We loved this hotel so much. The people running the hotel are all so kind and personable. There is a slight language barrier but it was not a problem at all. The room was a great size and very comfortable. The breakfast was great and offered to every guest. You can also purchase a dinner. If you want an authentic traditional style hotel this is the place! We loved the men and women’s onsen. The hotel is set in a gully out of the city next to a river. You can take a bus to the main city or the hotel also offers a shuttle to the train station or other specific locations. If we return to Japan we would definitely make this one of our stops again!

Ett traditionellt ryokan boende i bergen nära Kyoto. Hotell standarden inte så hög men det uppvägdes av den underbara personalen som gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. Väldigt trevligt att äta på boendet, serveras traditionell Japansk mat både till frukost och lunch. Vacker omgivning med möjlighet till vandring.

Worth the stay. We only spend 1 night but would recommend staying 2 to take a days rest from a busy travel trip

Very secluded and views are breathtaking. Stuff is trying very hard.
