Took a chance on having no idea what to do or where to stay. Found this place and it didn’t disappoint! First off, Nicolas is the best host we have ever experienced. Seriously cannot thank him enough for taking care of my family. Answered every question and made some amazing recommendations. He grew up here and knows this place well. Thank you Nicolas. Second, location is the best! We walked right to the lift! It is literally across the street and there’s a great rental shop below the inn that gives you a discount. Nico also does a great job of letting you know the good deals and getting everything for you set up. He even delivered our lift tickets to the rental shop. Great dude! Third, everything you need is right here. The room is so comfortable with amazing views and secure. Best trip to the snow in Japan. Highly recommend this place. Five stars doesn’t do it justice. 住宿環境很好，離白馬五龍非常近，我是搭乘長途巴士到白馬五龍站然後走到飯店大約5分鐘內，飯店內部設施很完善，有一間可以存放雪具的房間並且可以乾燥鞋子及衣物，也有廚房及洗衣機可以使用，衛浴設備馬桶及淋浴間都很乾淨，洗澡熱水來的速度也是很快溫度也很夠，因為未設有櫃檯的關係，所以房主也會即時的詢問有無住宿相關的問題，如有遇到問題也可以向房主提問也會迅速得到回答，最後因為住宿空間在二樓，所以需要走一段樓梯，如果行李比較多可能會感覺比較吃力一些，或是需要分多次搬運，另外因為環保的關係只有提供洗髮精及沐浴乳，其他的牙刷牙膏個人清潔用品需要自己準備，總結這是一趟蠻不錯旅程，很期待下個雪季可以再次造訪並待上更長的時間。

Nico was so kind and accomodating! He took us to an ATM to get cash for our lift passes, picked one of our group up from the station, and dropped us all back when we were leaving - above and beyond! Rooms were very clean and located a few minutes walk from Escal Plaza/Goryu ski field. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!
