Hotel staffs were helpful & friendly. The bed was not comfortable at all. I did not have a good sleep for those 3 nights and whole body aching.

The hotel is pretty old and the AC is turned off in Autumn. So you pretty much have to open the window to get some coolness from air outside. The location from the station is close and convenient. There isn’t much food choices around the hotel, and limited to few selections. We’re staying for one night so it is okay.

The price is much higher from other hotels with same facilities and room size. Unfortunately, this is the only hotel which has an available room on that date. Location is good, only 5 mins to Shin-Yokohama station and surrounded by konbini and restaurants. Good as a transit hotel.

The location is perfect just outside shin Yokohama station (please dont mistaken it with the yokohama station) there are a lot of restaurant nearby, local and fastfood. The building itself is old, the room is enough for two people and 1 kid, but the bed is only 1,4m so please consider it. Have a bathtub and the tap water is good to drink. They have separate restaurant, which the food is okay, I think it's cheaper rather than have meal outside (breakfast is quite early , dont be late). The staffs are friendly with limited English. Definitely will return to this hotel.

The hotel is in the perfect location. Less than 5 minutes walk to shin-yokohama JR. The station itself is 2 station away from tokyo jr with shinkansen. Surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores. Super clean even though the hotel is a bit old. Huge twin bed. Bathroom is small. Basic amenities is provided. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

We had an overnight transit in Tokyo and we chose to spend it visiting the Ramen Museum which is very close to the hotel. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk away from the JR station but it is very convenient because you can use the elevator to reach the hotel so no need to drag your suitcases up and down the station stairs. And it is also surrounded with 3-4 convenience store which is very fun and also McDonalds is just a block away.
