The location was very convenient. Close to two train stations, well connected with the rest of the city and popular attractions. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The downside was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was at the entrance of the room and the floor tiles were very dirty. They sure needed a good scrub! Also, their cleaning staff were not very thorough and left something out every day.

Loved the Toggle Hotel. A really good option for families as interconnecting rooms are available and it was really good value. Close to many transport options.

エアコンの効きが悪かった。 200円いるのを最初に教えて欲しかった。 現金でも払えるようにして欲しい。

Everything was great about this property from checkin to staying but there was 1 staff member who at the end when asked to keep our luggage said they can’t we’re too full. I explained that I had sent an email to the hotel months earlier and asked if we could keep our luggage at the hotel till we came back and they said yes. Come to the front desk when checking out and we will keep for you. This receptionist was not really helpful and waited for me to find the email confirming what the hotel had said. Very rude. Why would we lie about it? I wish I could remember the receptionists name as she made us feel uncomfortable. Please check our day leaving the hotel December 20th at 11am and it’s one of the 2 woman working.

Our stay in the corner room was spacious enough for us and got to see the sun rise every morning. The staff and amenities (laundry) were also very nice and helpful. The area was quiet, but also accessible. Overall a very good experience at toggle! Would definitely recommend and go back.

El hotel es muy bonito, pero le falta mantenimiento suelos sucios, las ventanas requieren mantenimiento, recomendaría colocar una espuma en la esquina de la cama elevada, me pegue varias veces, el baño es una delicia, buena presión, buena temperatura.

家族5人で泊まらせてもらい、2部屋続きのお部屋でとても広く使わせてもらいました。ロフトがあり、子供達も大喜びでした。

The cleanliness and the way everything a patron need to have a decent stay is packed well in a small sspace. It’s not a resort but a place to rest and freshen up to get ready for the next busy day. The front desk ladies were friendly. I was thinking to take one or two back with me at home. They’d yried to best to help us with our questions regatthe area. Gonna learn the essential Japanese words. My phone translator does not help me converse. Not far away from 2 subway stations. For each station, it has a place to walk around and explore and eat eat good arze cheap food. Don’t expect a pool nor a gym. Parking is on the street but no brake in during the time of stay. No need to bring a sleeper to walk around the inside hotel nor comb nor toothbrush nor toothpaste. Pajama provided too. Seven Eleven is so close for late night or morning cravings. Thermos provided but not microwave. A smal fridge for drinks and small leftovers. Goodluck with TV. We’d used the internet to use YouTube for English shows. Remote has key for You Tube, Netflix, and I believe Hulu. A small table and futtin seat to enjoy your ramen. Elevator only. Wheelchair accessible might be tough.

We had a great time at Toggle Hotel. The room was modern and clean with access to washing machines on the second floor. The staff was very nice and kept our bags before we could check in and while we were waiting for our flight out after check out. I would definitely recommend staying there to anyone looking to visit Tokyo.

The room was a great size for a family - interconnecting with two bathrooms. The kids loved that you could choose the colour of your room. Breakfast was very nice, a choice of sandwiches and soup each day. The staff were incredibly helpful. Very close to a metro station and you can walk to the Imperial Palace area. It is next to the metro line which didn't bother us as we are deep sleepers! Would highly recommend.

Hotel befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Suidoubashi entfernt. Tokyo Dome mit Einkaufszentrum befinden sich gleich nebenan. Zimmer war sauber und wir bekamen jeden Tag frische Tücher. Das Zimmer wird erst ab über 3 Übernachtungen zwischendurch gereinigt. Das Café im obersten Stock war einladend.

Good location

We got the 3 people room. Bunk bed. Room was a lot more spacious than other hotels. I traveled with two others who were 6’5 feet tall, and the room worked for us. It’s not as busy as other hotels that have constant people checking in and out. Here it felt quiet. The train noise made for a nice background noise. I was surprised that they had a variety of amenities like deodorant, nail clippers, and usual hair/toothbrushes. The morning breakfast was a sandwich, soup, and beverage that you could eat there or take to go. It was tasty. The hotel also made phone reservations for us to restaurants.

Really nice place within a 5 minute walk of about 7 different train lines. Quiet area with nice views. Room was clean and serviced regularly by the staff.
