Belllo Hotel JB Central

It is close to JB Sentral for Singapore trip. And there are lots of Shopping Malls. A good place for Grap.

센트럴역이랑 가깝고 주위에 야시장도 있어 위치는 괜찮은데. ... 내가 묵은 방은 길가가 바로 먹자 골목 같은 곳이라 진짜 새벽까지 시끄럽고 음식 냄새남. 잠깐 자고 바로 이동 할 가면 괜찮은데 소음에 민감한 사람이면 그닥 추천 안 함. 시설은 기대하지 마세욥. 그 가격에 그 시설이니까.

Located in the older part of JB town. Near City Square, JB Sentral and CIQ. Lots of food options. Only complain is that the bed is too soft and there isn’t a hair dryer in the room. It’s a quite stressful unloading luggage if arriving by car because the one-way street is very narrow and no other vehicles can pass your stationary vehicle. Although there is a huge police station just down the street, walking around at night didn’t feel safe.

Important! There is a tax charge only accept cash. Didnt mention when I book the room 3 months ago. Make sure you have enough cash before you go check in. The window is facing corridor, and corridors are open, you can hear clearly when people in and out. Still, room is clean, staff are nice.

We were asked to pay a deposit of rm$10 per room but this deposit not returned to me upon check-out so I'm not sure if it's a refundable deposit. Staff at check-in was pleasant and accommodating. Asked for a change of room as the first room assigned, there's pool of water in-between the glass surface and wooden table + broken glass corner covered with a plastic sheet. Room smelled terrible too. Staff immediately acted upon our request. 2nd room was ok but noisy since it's at level 1 facing a coffee shop. Still smelled of cigarettes though. We hv a 2nd room at higher floor, was ok but can smell cigarettes when other guests are smoking in their room. The door doesn't seems to lock well so we were kinda worried. Beds were too soft for comfort. In one room, water was leaking from the hose when turned on the shower head. Hot water was consistent. Even the sink tap has hot water option. Air con was very cold in one room, but the other room was hot. There's fridge and water kettle in the room. Shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush toothpaste and bath towels provided. Coffee and tea with creamer and sugar provided. Air dryer provided upon request. Hotel was within a lane with lots of eating options, you will be spoilt for choices. Environment wise may not be ideal for females especially late at night. Very near city square and the heritage street.

Only 1 mug & a disposable stirrer. Unable to adjust aircon temp or wind speed (fixed at 17 degrees) & was very very very loud. No soap tray in the shower cubicle/ need to reach out to take soap from basin

Can’t watch TV poor signal. Overall okay.

ジョホールバルとシンガポールイミグレ近くで便利ですが前の通りが朝までやってるので気になる人は気になるでしょう。

Very convenient close to the mall and border staff is very friendly and helpful

The hotel is close to the train station but the area around hotel was dirty and many homeless people sleeping on sidewalks. The river walkway and night market two street over was great. The bed was really comfortable but room showing lots of signs of age. And mold in the bathroom could use a scrub. Good night sleep and it served its one night purpose.

Small simple hotel, very convenient location, helpful staff at reception desk. Dated room,but comfortable bed, good wifi and shower. Lots of activity, restaurants and street life just outside, perhaps appropriate for a border crossing city. Not fancy but did the job, would stay again.

全体としては宿泊のみ、観光用のサービスが一切ないホテルで驚き、不満もありました（特にハウスキーピングの一部のスタッフの対応）。ただ、フロントスタッフのDeviさんとShahrulさんが、本当に困っている状況に対応してくださって助かりました。

A good place to stay with friendly hotel staff. Davey the receptonist was very nice and accommodating.The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. There were 2 shopping malls within walking distance and those that were not, I rode with InDrive which was much cheaper then Grab. Plenty of street food shops around the hotel and very cheap. I would stay here again. Thank you Belllo Hotel.

A hidden gem of a property in downtown Johor Bahru. Extremely convenient location for access to food & shopping. Rooms are clean with running hot shower, and it is large enough to open up a large suitcase on the floor without falling over it.

Located vwry near to JB central. Easy to access.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The staffs are super friendly and near lots of dinning options around the hotel. The only set back we experience in this stay were noises around the corridor and loud closing of doors from other guests at weeks hours(I.e. 2am to 3am). If u r not a light sleeper like myself there will not be an issue.
