As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Hotel will collect a cash deposit of RM200 upon check in. It will be refund once we checked the room condition when check out. Hotel is in the midst of applying WiFi, so the room currently doesn't come with the internet. !! Free internet is available at the lobby lounge and Level 36 business lounge area. Building's carpark is autopay machine Car Pay Parking System. Parking rate will be a flat rate of RM5 per entry when validated at the concierge counter with the room key card.
With the current recovery phrase – until further notice, kindly refer below for our operation changes: *Check In Time: 3pm – 9pm (Check In is not available after 9pm).
Please note that all new bookings are to comply with firm and resolute action & SOP to follows by traveller/guest who are fully vaccinated. All guests are required to present their individual MySejahtera COVID-19 Risk Status and Screenshot of proof of Covid-19 Vaccination Digital Certificate as "Fully Vaccinated" at reception counter upon arrival. The management reserved the right to refuse check-in on guest(s) exhibiting symptoms or being flagged by MySejahtera contact tracing system. Meanwhile, swimming pool & gym facilities are unavailable due to pandemic until further notice.
In the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, Mykey Global Sdn Bhd are proactively taking extra steps to ensure safety and comfort for your stay. As such, we will need extra time to safely clean and disinfect your rooms, so our daily arrival and departure time will be adjusted to Check In Time at 3pm onwards and Check Out Time at 11am.

매우 빠른 리프트, 대기 시간이 좋았고, 옆집 공원이 보이는 큰 객실과 아름다운 큰 나무들. 현대적인 건물, 훌륭한 디자인, 스카이 데크에서 보이는 멋진 전망.

Staff sangat ramah, receptionist standby jadi kapanpun mau check in/out petugas selalu ada, proses check in/out sangat cepat, kamar bersih, view pool sangat cantik apalagi di malam hari, bagi yang mau renang mesti pakai baju renang, station MRT terdekat jalan kaki sekitar 8 menit, tempat makan agak jauh tetapi di apart ada minimarket.

Pelayanan cs jelek amat, hati nginap hotel ini suruh bayar pajak lagi. Nginap 5 hari kita tanya ada di bersih kan gak kamar, jawaban judes. Min 1 minggu nginap baru ada bersih-bersih kamar. Klu nginap hotel mikir dulu.

Karena kita di sini saat hari pergantian tahun. Hotelnya full booked. Rame banget. Nginap di sini 2 hr. Hari pertama westafel mampet. Hari ke 2 AC bocor berakhir ngga dingin. Untung sudah mau check out juga. Ya sudahlah. Mungkin karena ramenya. Menurut orangnya karena sejak November selalu full booked ngga bisa perbaikan berakibat rusak kiri kanan. Lokasinya cukup strategis. Petugas ramah. Tolong lain kali fasilitasnya lebih dijaga. Walaupun ramai kualitas sebaiknya dipertahankan, 🙏.

The hotel staff gives me the wrong type of room and it takes a day to make a correction. However the hotel is located in a strategic area and provides excellent facilities with affordable price.

Kamar menyenangkan, nyaman, aman, bersih, lingkungan juga oke. Sayangnya 4 hari 3 malam kamar tidak di clean up. Parah banget sih. Keset, handuk kamar mandi, lalu tempat sampah numpuk juga! Ah mau bilang bagaimana ya saya juga bingung. Mangkanya senang dan tidak senang di kamar Ceylonz ini. Minta dibersihkan tapi dibilang beda partner. Jadi bingung kitanya. Setidaknya lebih oke lagi lah kepada penginap yang lain.

Kamar sesuai dengan foto yang ada di aplikasi. Proses check in/check out super cepat. View dari kamar mantap, apalagi view dari kolam renang, bagus banget. Untuk kamar dengan tipe Royal Signature Studio bisa untuk keluarga dengan 3 orang anak. Anak-anak bisa tidur di sofabed. Kemana-mana tinggal naik grab saja, tarifnya gak jauh beda kok sama di Indonesia.
