방이 제게는 충분히 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 잠을 자고 나서 가려워졌습니다. 그들이 위생을 개선할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 그렇지 않으면 다시는 여기 오지 않을 것입니다. 직원들의 서비스는 그저 그렇고, 그렇게 친절하지는 않지만 그래도 괜찮습니다. 가격은 그 자리에서 추가 세금을 내야 하기 때문에 그렇게 저렴하지 않습니다.

Terletak berhampiran tarikan utama iaitu Kuching Waterfront dan Chinatown. Terdapat banyak restoran dan gerai makanan enak.

Strategic location: walking distance to the Waterfront / 2 convenient stores within 1 min on foot / near many local restaurants and bars. Friendly staff: very fast check-in and out. Clean room, unfortunately there were stains on the pillow covers and towels:(

Upon arrival, I was informed by the receptionist the room I booked is not available because apparently they didn't do my booking thus is not recorded and missed out even though I booked through the app a week earlier. So they had to give me the cheaper room. I'm not getting my money back even though I booked a more expensive room. Then, I had to come back to the hotel during lunch hour the next day to move to room that matched with what I booked. Upon check out I was asked to return receipt to get back my deposit but there was no receipt given during check in, I guess the receptionist whom I checked in forgot about it when he had to make some calls about the booking situation. Thankfully the manager was there during check out to explain to the receptionist and she gave me my deposit back.

Hotelnya cukup baru dan bersih, ranjangnya juga nyaman. Tapi minus kulkas dan kamarnya agak sempit. Ada liftnya jadi aman buat orang tua. Depan hotel ada bar jadi agak berisik selepas jam 11an gitu. Bisa pinjam earplug di resepsionis buat yang butuh ketenangan. resepsionisnya juga ramah. Sekitar hotel banyak tempat makan dan ada sevel juga. Worth it lah dengan harganya.
