Dirty Bed and Dirty Bed Sheets, Toilets are unclean. No receptionist or housekeeping to assist, and not allowed to check in early. Very bad service!

Mau upgrade ke kamar yang ada jendela, staf meminta uang dengan harga tinggi. Padahal saya kesana bukan untuk liburan, tapi untuk berobat ke RS KPJ.

firstly you must pay parking for this hotel. rm2 per entry. the room is just okey.clean but just basic needs. better stay at another place, more comfortable and nice.

This hotel has a good location but should have a better room to room partitions as it is very noisy where can hear rooms next door talking, laughing & children crying. It's very disappointing & moved out after stayed for a night and paid for 3 nights.

Dapat kamar bising di lantai 3 dekat dengan mesin genset hotel de palma di seberangnya, kamar luas, sudah ready sajadah. Keluar masuk tidak perlu lewat resepsionis, parkir mahal per jam hitungannya.

Kamarnya seperti di foto, bersih, petugasnya juga ramah. Saya selalu menginap di sini jika ke Kuala Lumpur. Dekat juga dengan rumah sakit gleneagles. Hanya saja yang ini saya menginap wifinya tidak aktif dan tidak ada coffie.

Ini yang ke 4 kalinya saya menginap di hotel ini, bersih, staffnya juga ramah. Hanya saja yang kali ini saya menginap tidak dapat kopi dan air mineral juga hanya diberikan 1 hari saja. Sedangkan saya waktu itu menginap 2 hari. Lebih tingkatkan pelayanan.

Resepsionis sangat ramah, kamar nyaman, kamar mandi nyaman, disediakan teko air di setiap kamar sehingga memudahkan, lokasi strategis. Dekat dengan tempat yang banyak dikunjungi para wisatawan. di sekitar hotel banyak tempat makan, Klinik dan hotel langsung berseberangan dengan mal ampang point.
