As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 300.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

**TERMS and CONDITION**

1.Daily Housekeeping Fee (OPTIONAL): RM30/N will be collected upon check in. Shall guests do not need such services, you can inform us upon check in and the charges will be waived. Guests are expected to contact us upon arrival to check-in at the lobby by our personal.
2.Guests have to pay RM300 as deposit which is refundable at the time of checkout. Guests are expected to contact us prior to arrival to make the necessary payment before we release the keys to check-in.
3.One(1) complimentary car park is available for each unit of apartment booked. Additional parking will incurred additional car park fees payable to the car park management.
4.The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details. In the event that any additional persons found staying at the property, an additional fee of RM60 per night per person will be charged.
5.NO SMOKING is allowed inside the house/apartment.
6.Do not leave your rubbish bags in the foyer and the corridor. Please throw it in the refuse room. A penalty of RM300 will be imposed if caught by The Face security & management.

Saya memberikan deposit dengan menggunakan debet bca sebesar 300 RM pada resepsionis. Tapi pada saya check-out dia tidak ada dan saya tunggu sampai pukul 12.30 tidak datang juga. Sampai saat ini saya belum menerima pengembalian deposit saya untuk kamar tidak ada masalah cukup baik walau alat tidak lengkap. Seperti sendok dan garpu tidak ada sama sekali.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful but it takes too long for checking in. Also I have always been a loyalty customer of the app and I thought the hotel purchasing through app is inclusive of taxes and charges. But suddenly they collect a cleaning fee from me. How come inclusive of everything suddenly come out charging me a cleaning fee.
