All guests are obliged to below hotel policy once your booking is confirmed. i. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night(imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. ii. Effective 1 September 2017, the Malaysia Government will implement Tourism Tax which will be levied for all non-Malaysia passport/ID holders and non-Malaysia PR card holders at MYR10 nett per room night. This tax is not included in our Room Rate and it is payable by guest through the hotel upon arrival/prior to departure. The hotel will also need to take a photocopy of the guest’s passport/ID to be submitted to the authority. ii. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. iii. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. iv. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. v. This hotel is a 100% smoke-free hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in this hotel. vi. Durians, mangosteens and pets are strictly not allowed in this hotel. vii. A recovery fee of MYR300.00 will be charged to the guest each time any of these policies are violated.
