Cadar macam tak dibasuh, ada habuk dan sisa-sisa rambut. Air dalam tandas bertakung sebab lubang agak tersumbat. Aircond kurang sejuk walaupun suhu paling rendah. Susah nak berurusan sebab staff kerap tiada di lobi / kaunter. Mohon pihak berkenaan tingkatkan kualiti. Terima kasih.
