방은 크지만(침실 2개) 주방은 깨끗하지 않음

아파트에 들어서자 하수 냄새가 매우 강했습니다. 프런트 오피스에 신고했습니다. 냄새를 없애기 위해 할 수 있는 일이 없을 것 같습니다.

2Nd time staying at this hotel. Family stayed at room 1212 and 2012. Hotel generally looks clean and conveniences such as laundry hang and washer dryer are really plus points. Fully equipped kitchen is really a mega plus point although we don't utilize it as it was a short stay. Hotel intercom/phone system has been down from the very first time we stayed there last year. Surprising that it hasn't been fixed till date. Hotel service is reachable only via whatsapp to a provided service line. There were some missing items like the remote control for the laundry hang for both rooms and prayer direction stickers (despite them insisting that they havenit pasted). For prospective improvements: Provided bath towels looks clean but smells really weird. Will appreciate if abit more complimentary bottled water is provided. Carpet at the TV area looks that it can be cleaned abit more. The rain shower in room 1212 can't be used as the push switch has a problem. Due to the stay being a post sports event, I didn't have the energy or capacity to voice the unpleasantries and just let it slip by, furthermore its only a one nighter. Swimming pools perhaps needs abit of maintenance. Lessons from the 1st stay is that they could be more transparent about the free breakfast provided with stay, which is actually a bento box that consists of food items that we wouldn't feel enjoyable to wake up to. Good thing we asked about it and payed extra for continental breakfast at the restaurant buffet line. So for the second stay, we immediately payed for the upgrade. Generally an OK stay. Compared to airbnb style accommodations around the same area.

Spacious, comfortable, clean and affordable.

Recommend banget buat family trip, peralatan lengkap sehingga berasa pindah rumah saja. Mau masak atau bahkan cuci baju sampai setrika, semua fasilitas tersedia dan berfungsi dengan baik.

This accommodation is absolutely good and suitable for families as they do have multiple bedrooms choices which allow to have families and kids staying in the same unit. Only concern is the noise distortions from surrounding motorcycles at the night is bad.

We stayed here during our trip to Legoland which is less than 10mins drive away. Overall my family of 6 (2 adults 4 kids) had a delightful stay at Pinetree. The unit was clean, rooms smelled good and everything looks fairly new. Pool and sauna facilities were good. The only downside was we had to wait for over 1 hour for breakfast to be delivered to our room. Our booking came with complimentary bento box breakfast that had to be sent up (no option to go and collect downstairs). Buffet is available but that 's an additional RM20/person so we opted out. Overall still a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan layanan/servis yang diberikan. Keadaan bilik tidur, ruang tamu dan bilik air yang luas, selesa serta bersih dan dekat untuk ke Legoland. Memang terbaik👍⭐️🥰🤩

The apartment is very cozy and big just that the WiFi lagging.

The room is spacious and clean. However, the only downside is the Wi-Fi connection which is not working well and have to keep on signing in. The breakfast is also in Bento set which was sent up to the room, requested to be sent at 8am, and had to follow up with them via WhatsApp, food only reach at 9am. But other than that, all is good.

We stayed in 2 bedroom unit. It is spacious and comes with bathtub, kitchen, dining and living area. It was great! The swimming pool has amazing view. The not so great part is check in time. We reached the hotel at 5pm and was told the room was not ready due to high occupancy rate and had to wait 1 to 2h. It was disappointing as the kids were very tired after a long day. We went for a swim first. Luckily we didn't have to wait so long and the room was ready. The second thing was the breakfast bento. It was a box with spicy bee hoon, 2 small pastries and 1 drink. However, given the affordable rates, I think it is OK as we went nearby to have a nice cafe breakfast.

It's really a very atas kind of feeling. The room is clean. My experience so far is 1 day stay in room 20-08.1. The aircon in both the room and living room is cool which is great. 2. Master bedroom toilet the flush button doesn't work. So need to go to another bathroom. 3. There is a moul is the other room wall (as you can send from the picture) so it's not safe if you have a toddler that likes to touch everything and wander around. 4. Wifi in the bedroom is great however when reach living room hardly get any internet connection. 5. The bidet spray in both bathroom also sometimes works sometimes doesn't work so you need to off the tap else you can't stop the water from flowing.

Plus: well equipped room, very comfortable and large for family of 4. Minus: breakfast was served as bento sets. Quite disappointing.

Everything great. Just disappointed on the breakfast provided.

Very welcoming staffs and huge room with good facilities. Really enjoy our stay here.

Late check in to this hotel, and they provide me about 30-40min to prepare a room (due to late check in). He said he already upgraded my room to 3 bedroom with 2 door locked, then you shouldn't upgrade my room at all. I thought there will be a breakfast buffet or etc, but they provide a breakfast box with nasi lemak (nasi lemak not good, I can taste the sambal a bit basi). The room & smell was not that good & clean (though they took 40min to clean up).
