As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Tourism Tax of an additional RM10 Per-room night may be applied for Foreign Tourist/Non-Malaysians.
From 1st to 31st July 2021 and until further notice, hotel only accepts bookings of guests from essential services or travellers having letters or evidence provided by the relevant authority. Failure to provide the evidence upon arrival will result in hotel cancelling the bookings.
Hotel may also requests for additional documentation from guests to validate their identity and travel itinerary or any other relevant information upon check in.

Hotel ini persis di depan persimpangan yang sibuk jadi bunyi kendaraan kedengaran sepanjang malam. Sistem drynase shower agak mampet dan amenities yang di berikan hanya sampo dan sabun saja. Lokasi ke pusat China Town agak jauh untuk berjalan.

The room was very spacious with affordable price. It is clean and smells luxurious, even the hotel lobby, hallway & room looks elegant. Too bad cannot extend time for check out because of full bookings maybe? I love the toilet mirror, such a genius design! 🤭 Will repeat again in future.

Budget hotel, but their facilities are as good as a 5 star hotel! Receptionists are friendly, service was great. Would definitely repeat my stay. Thank you Roxy Hotel!!!
