객실에 전화도 없고 수건도 잘 안갖다 주네요. 청결하지도 않고요 욕조도 없고요 1주일정도 있었는데 매번 방문 카드키도 매번 안되었습니다. 완전 엉망인 호텔로 기억에 남습니다..

Buen hotel, hermosa vista a la Mezquita!

This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had to date. From my bookings not being updated as requested to phone calls from staff after 1am to request proof of marriage (a practice that has since been abolished and either way was not acceptable to contact and wake clients at this time for anything other than an emergency). I am disgusted by how we have been treated, the lack of professionalism and management has been abhorrent. We will be formally complaining to the British consulate, and Kenzi Group, as well as sharing this experience online.

hotel bien placé en tarif mais bruyant le matin du fait de la construction du parking sur la place. propreté très moyenne: moquette sale, cheveux/poils dans salle de bain, poussière dans les meubles, savon liquide pas rechargé dans reservoir de la douche. cest dommage, car a cote de ca, tres bon accueil du personnel, serviable et aimable et tres bonne localisation centrale

Hotel (4 stars by the way), old and dirty. Staff is friendly and speak English very well. Didn't like our stay at all. I hope I don't have to travel to Morroco ever again.

The Hotel and rooms looked great, were clean and generally very spacious. The kitchen staff, the porter and especially the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is only a few minutes walk to the tram station and an endless amount of varied shops and restaurants.

Very pleased with my stay, reception staff were very helpful and friendly, as was Adil and Madam Talbi. Good clean hotel, which is exactly what I wanted.

Good location in the heart of the city. Close to old souk. Hotel is nice but a bit old. Clean and calm. Service and food are good.

I can't believe I never booked this hotel all the other times I have traveled to Casablanca! Wonderful bar/restaurant, friendly and professional staff, dedicated parking space, clean and comfortably rooms. Located at the heart of the city and yet no insane noises nor traffic, I loved it!

Excelente estancia. Si vais a visitar Casablanca recomiendo alojarse en este hotel en centro de la ciudad. Personal es muy amable desde la dirección hasta las limpiadoras. Especialmente en la recepción Sr. Ayoub y Sra. Karima. Hotel en si es acogedor, limpio y las habitaciones muy espaciosas.
