전통 리아드의 경험을 위해 모로코의 첫 호텔을 여기로 정했는데 아주 만족함. 청결도가 약간 떨어지는거 빼고는 대만족.

It's such a beautiful RIAD and most beautiful one of the our trip to Morocco this time. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time in Marrakech.

I stayed with my friends to celebrate my birthday, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible—they were incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the breakfast was excellent. A truly memorable stay that I would highly recommend! I would love to return to this hotel in the future—Inshallah!

The property itself is beautiful, filled with traditional moroccan tile and fountains. While the rooms are very cozy and open to the hall, they still are very quiet and have everything you need. The medina is very walkable from here, and the cab pickup nearby also worked great for every tour we did. The staff was all very friendly and we loved the welcoming process!

Beautiful property, traditional Riad with all the modern elements. Hamman massage is a must. Food is delicious and fresh. Loved our stay.

The property was stunning and the man who checked us in was very nice. Our room was very nice too with a private terrace. The breakfast was amazing. There were unfortunately small numbers of ants in our room which were a bit inconvenient. The female staff member at the counter also seemed a bit misinformed and it took some convincing to get her to make a phone call to get someone to come to help move our bags to the other riad (which had been promised to us very kindly on arrival by the man who worked the counter the day before). Overall such a beautiful hotel though and would highly recommend

Le palais sebban est un riyad magnifique ! Tres bien placé, on peut tout faire a pied. Le personnel est charmant et attentif. Il regne une belle atmosphère et c est tres calme.

There is no blanket, only a cover is used instead. The check-in process took more than 20 minutes to complete, but the staff said we only waited for 10 minutes.

Little bit of paradise all within the hustle & bustle of the souk marketplace of the medina district. The location is perfect and easy to walk to the Djemaa El Fna, Marrakesh's main square and all other parts of the city. I was worried Marrakesh would be quite difficult to navigate but actually it was easy with a map (better than Venice!) The staff at Palais Sebban Riad were lovely and made us feel so welcomed and really looked after us. It was very easy to book a guide to get us started in Marrakesh which was definitely worth doing to learn about the history and culture as well as giving us the confidence we needed to explore this remarkable city and its people. The Riad itself is beautiful, our room was fantastic and the breakfast was enough to get us started each day. It was also nice to sit in the many different areas of the Riad, whilst enjoying a drink as we recharged our batteries. We had one evening meal which was a little on the expensive side, but it was very nice and included some modest Friday night entertainment but do venture out the rest of the time. We booked transport via the Riad to and from the airport which was also seamless and easy. All in all, a visually stunning Riad with very hard working, friendly kind hospitality which really hit the spot for us.

Amazing Riad

The hotel is fabulous! We felt as if we had entered a time machine and landed in the middle of the 1001 nights. The staff is amazing; the cooking is fresh, beautifully presented ; the reception is always at your disposition. The transportation from and to the airport was smooth (even if the driver was a few minute late both times). The hotel has the most amazing views from the roof top and too gorgeous swimming pools, surrounded by plants, cats and birds. They accept US dollars (at a lower rate but it is very convenient). They also accept credit cards for payments above $40. The breakfast table is one of the best I have ever seen in the world. After visiting the famous Mamounia Hotel, I can attest that Hotel Seban has what it takes to compete in a smaller scale. Bravo staff and especially Midadi at the bar and dinner service! We enjoyed being your guests for 10 days. We will be back to discover the new coming addition to your hotel...OMG, this is really going to be more than a palace!
