12인실이라길래 예약횃는데 21인실을 주눼요 씨ㅡ빨 리셉션에선 예약바우처엔 21인실로 예약되있어서 자기는 잘모르겠으니 그냥 써라라 말하고, 일정끝내고 숙소돌아오닝 줴 침대엔 이쌍한 솨람이 자고있고 존!나 어이 털리는 숙소입니땅. 화장실도 줜나 21명인데 하나있고 쫍고 가쥐마세요 젓가튼숙솝니땅

전반적으로 만족합니다

체크인 시간보다 좀더 일찍 갔는데 미리 들어갈 수 있었다. 시내 주요 지역이 모두 걸어서 40분 이내에 있었고, 트램을 이용하기에도 편리했다. 짐을 맡기는 데에는 추가 비용이 들었다.

They denied credit card for payments. Free breakfast was so poor. They don't have toaster. In the kitchen there is no oven.

사장님도 굉장히 친절하고 방도 안락하고 트램이랑 가까운것도 좋고 인근에 박물관, 슈퍼마켓이 있는게 정말 좋네요! 하지만 방에서 와이파이가 안터지는게 흠이라면 흠이겠지만 아주 만족했어요

우선 반고흐 뮤지엄이 중요했던터라 바로 앞이었던게 굉장히 좋았구요, 24 pass로 움직인다면 위치가 나쁘진 않아요. 주방도 개방되어 있고ㅋㅋ조식은 식빵에 잼 나와요... 그리고 화장실,욕실 시설은 다시 이용하고 싶지 않네요ㅠㅜ 너무 비좁고 지저분해서ㅠㅜㅠㅠㅜ그래서 점수 깎였어요

Very noise place, people going in an out all the time, you can hear every step, no place to store your stuff, lack of ventilation, extreme snoring guests

Tem uma boa relação custo-benefício, sem muita burocracia. Senti falta de mais tomadas nos quartos. Sugiro colocar uma proteção de borracha nos degraus dos beliches para melhorar a ergonomia.

being double charged, told me to pay cash on site when i arrived so i had to go to atm and get cash out and realized when i got back hm they charged my credit card too on top of it, phone doesnt work when i call them they dont respond to me at all, i contacted hotels.com and they contacted them for a refund and it never happened

Very small bed and 1 toilet and shower in very small space

The police coming in to the dorm at midnight, turning the light on and then leaving with it still on

I'm sorry but this place had bed bugs, I woke up with many hives all over my body, I don't recommend it

Very bad experience, when we got to the room, we didnt get a single towel except for one that was full of dirt and idk what more, but i stinked, not a really clean place, but you are very central

DO NOT STAY HERE. It is INFESTED with bed bugs and unfit for habitation. We stayed 2 nights (of the 3 we paid for) and both had over 500 bed bug bites. The huge glass window was falling out and very dangerous and a male staff member unlocked our bedroom door and burst in at 9.30pm when we were undressed. The staff did nothing. Expedia have ignored my complaint. My daughter had a severe allergic reaction to the bites and is still suffering 2 weeks later. It has ruined our entire holiday. Shame on you Expedia for sending people to this appalling place.

You're literally right next to the Reijksmuseum among other attractions. It's a cheap room to pass out in after a day of doing the actual fun stuff.

It’s really terrible after paying with credit cards before arriving they still insist that I must be on arrival with cash . I had to look for another alternative.

Had booked a bed in a 10 bed dorm, but I was put in a 15 bed dorm and told they didn't even have a 10 bed dorm. I had to pay cash, which normally is not an issue, but after I contacted hotels.com support to help with my situation I found out why it's cash only. As soon as the nice worker from hotels.com said where he was from, they hung up on him and afterwards they didn't pick up the phone, and because it was cash I couldn't get my money when they won't cooperate. The workers at the hostel were rude and kept trying to scam people. I met a Belgian who left the same time as me, and they kept trying to not give her the key deposit back, claiming she didn't pay one, when there was a very clear price of paper with her info and a 10€ bill on it. Scammers. They had no clue about who was staying where in the dorm, people kept getting assigned beds that were taken, there was no ventilation, the bathroom and shower was never cleaned, it was nasty and there was no toilet paper for 2 days despite me telling them there wasn't any. Complete scam, don't go here, not even your booking agency can help you if you go here.
