Harderwijk is een heel leuk stadje met mooie oude straatjes, veel winkels en leuke terrassen. Het personeel in het Hotel is zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij, vooral tijdens het diner werden we heel vriendelijk bediend.

Staff were fantastic at reception and the bar. Our room had no air conditioning, the bed mattress needs replacing and there was dirt and dust along the wall. The refrigerator did not work and we lost valuable food as a result.

Hotel ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Wir sind jetzt das zweite mal dort gewesen. Beim ersten Besuch hatten wir ein besser ausgestattetes Zimmer gehabt. Die Zimmer die zur Hauptstraße schauen, sind moderner bzw. neuer von der Ausstattung her und vor allem das Bad in diesen Zimmern ist top mit Duschkabine. Die Zimmer die hinten zum Garten liegen sind na h unserer Meinung definitiv Renovierungs Bedürftig.

Het is een mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Een goede nachtrust is echter moeilijk. Het is zeer gehorig. De voordeur klapt 's-nachts telkens met een enorme dreun dicht, waar zeker niet doorheen te slapen is. Dat gebeurde de eerste nacht een keer of tien.

Spent 2 days in this hotel for a business trip. Location is great in the middle of the city close to the sea. Room is comfortable (despite absence of A/C - but we are in NL and it does not get hot very often). Breakfast is just ok, nothing exceptional. Nice and friendly personnel.

Ondanks dat buitentemperatuur beneden 30C, waren de 2 kamers voor ons gezin erg warm en benauwd waardoor we allen slecht geslapen hebben. De kleine kamers hebben geen airco. Toch moeten betalen voor bestelde babybed als niet klaar staat bij aankomst, vind ik slechte service. Als ik aangeef bij uitchecken dat onze zieke jongste van 4 jaar vrijwel niks gegeten heeft bij ontbijtbuffet, moet toch voor buffet betalen en wordt niet gevraagd hoe het met haar gaat. Er is een fietsenstalling die overdag openbaar toegankelijk is, had hier liever iets afgesloten gezien zoals bij andere hotels.

Nette kamer, zeer schoon, een 10 voor housekeeping! Alleen erg jammer dat dw televsie niet nasr behoren werkte. Er was wel geluid, masr geen beeld. Ook na het exact opvolgen van instructies om apparaat te delen kregen we een foutmelding, waardoor we ook niet kobden netflixen op de tv. Minpunten voor de techniek dus. WiFi werkte wel. Bij binnenkomst geen goede uitleg over parkeersiruatie en verstekken vergunning. Dit volgde pas tien we toevallig iets gingen vragen over een ander onderwerp. Toen waren er al onnodig kosten gemaakt helaas. Informatievoorziening kan dus beter.
