밤늦게 도착했는데 24시간 리셉션에서 맞아주시는 환대에 마음이 따수워졌습니다. 암스테르담 사우스역 근처여서 이동도 편했구요. 내부 온도가 좀 더 따뜻했으면 좋았을텐데 그거 하나를 제외하고는 다 좋았습니다. 물도 리셉션에서 무료로 제공한다는 점도 좋았습니다.

The room was a bit small, but the bed was huge; it was nice to have a king-size bed all to myself. Overall, a really pleasant experience. Clean rooms, fast wifi, Comedy Channel, super friendly staff, good breakfast. Although it's not on the menu, they also have pizza and it's pretty good. Could not ask for more for a business hotel.

샤워부스에 들어가 유리문을 닫으면,물이 쏟아지고,
문을 열면 물이 멈춥니다. 이는 좀 불편한데, 부스내에 물 단속기가 있으면 좋겠습니다.

Bed comfy.. staff wonderful.. only problem is the smell and the high humidity because of the bathroom. The smell from the sewage is so bad... it's hard to endure if you're sensitive like me..

1. RAI 전시장과 가까워서 산책겸 공원을 통해 걸어가면 좋다 (출장 목적)
2. 침대 사이즈가 아주 크다
단점
1. 화장실 구조가 독특한데, 조금 불편하다(사진 참고)
2. 아이패드로 제어할 수 있는 조명, 블라인드, 온도 등 나는 편리했는데 익숙하지 않은 분들은 불편할 것 같다

Yet another great stay at Citizen M. The staff are lovely and always helpful - at any time. Unfortunately I fell ill while on holiday and they were kind enough to allow me to stay in the room a little later to rest up before the journey home. Great coffee and snacks, also very near the tram and train line so convenient to get around but quiet enough to get a good night sleep! Thansk again!

Great location, metro and tram stations near by so easy to get anywhere, very easy to check in and out. My one comment is that the room could’ve been a bit cleaner. 100% would stay again, thank you!

Convenient hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Small rooms, clean and modern with high technology that make sence (curtains, light, tv/streaming etc). Good breakfast and a nice bar/restaurant.

Simplesmente incrível! Um dos melhores hotéis que já ficamos na vida.
Atendimento impecável, café da manhã perfeito, hotel todo tecnológico, bicicletas a disposição para utilização gratuita, cama super king sem defeitos.
O hotel fica em uma região “empresarial” diríamos assim, ao lado do WTC da cidade, apenas a 15-20min de metrô do centro de Amsterdam e apenas a 1 parada de trem do aeroporto, para mim foi a localização perfeita.
Longe da muvuca do centro e ao mesmo tempo perto da tudo. O local do hotel é muito conveniente, tem tudo! Um parque lindo ao lado, onde fizemos passeio de bike, vale muito a pena.
Quando voltarmos para Amsterdam esse será o hotel escolhido.

the hotel was great overall, the one thing we did not expect was how small the rooms were. We have stayed at CitizensM multiple times, but the rooms were just smaller and designed differently for this location.
