룸컨디션은 사진보다 좋았으며, 욕조 및 샤워시설과 따뜻한 물의 사용은 매우 편리하였습니다. 암스테르담 도보 7분 거리와 트렘 을 이용하기 좋은 위치 입니다 기회가 되면 다시 숙소를 사용하고 싶습니다 ( 디럭스룸 스위트룸 )

Highly recommend this property. The staff were extremely welcoming and continued to impress the entire trip. The spa in the basement was better than the pictures IMO. Location is great too. It’s an old hotel with some cool history.

Forever the hotel is within easy walking distance of the centrum train station. Not to mention it is one of the nicer prices I have stayed and all of Amsterdam. The staff could not have been friendlier and I need to say a couple of things about the wellness center. It had three separate saunas one at 70°. 90° and one that was infrared the swimming pool was heated and the hot tub wyze large enough for a few couples. I was most impressed by the swimming pool. It has a function where if you activate the sensor you can swim against the current. I look forward to staying here again every time I come back

Uniquely authentic !! If you want a small castle feel with a Gothic style lobby this is the place. Perfect for first timers in Amsterdam.

Had internal courtyard facing room which was lovely and quiet. Room was a decent size with huge king size bed. Tidy and well presented. Staff were helpful and friendly. 10/10

Location is great too and close to most things
Bedroom was unbearably hot during sleep and the hot tub was cold water
I don’t want too sound bad picky though and as I say the staff was amazing so I’d give it a 9/10

O Hotel tem uma categoria 5 estrelas mas está antigo camas cansadas e muito moles achamos o café muito caro e não utilizamos , após a primeira noite pedi para mudar a cama pois estava muito mole e a cabeça mais baixa que os pés , foi nos ofertado uma suíte melhor porém a cama não era muito melhor . Mas devido a ser espaço é bem localizado valeu a pena mas poderia ser um hotel 4 estrelas

An amazing and architecturally stunning hotel!
The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive allowing for a seamless check-in. The room itself was a true haven of comfort with a wonderful view of one of many canals this great city has on offer. My only critique is that I wish the gym was slightly bigger with more equipment.
Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional and strongly commands my seal of approval.

Such an amazing hotel, with a brilliant story behind it and you can see this externally and internally but also boasting some modern luxuries. Bathrooms were modern and very clean every day. And the spa is a lovely treat after walking the streets of Amsterdam

One of our favourite hotels in Amsterdam. This trip was to celebrate a big birthday and we were upgraded to a suite :) Staff are really friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for us. All the rooms we have stayed in have been lovely and quiet. Made use of the spa facilities. Great location for the areas we wanted to visit.

È un Hotel sito in un edificio storico ricco di storia, a parer mio affascinante, ha un ingresso sontuoso ma la mia camera (116) non era lussuosa come una 5 stelle, ma dopotutto nemmeno il prezzo che si paga è da 5 stelle! E soprattutto gli standard di Amsterdam non sono alti. Il minibar è open e riforniscono ogni giorno, cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero. la spa ha tre saune un bagno turco una vasca idromassaggio e una piccola piscina con acqua tiepida. Comodissimo spostarsi ovunque sia a piedi che con i mezzi a 400 mt sia bus che Metro. Tanti ristoranti vicini, anche per la colazione. Ringrazio Simone e Alessandra della reception sempre gentili e disponibili, ci hanno aiutato a trovare un ristorante per la notte di capodanno.

Verschrikkelijk slechte organisatie, hoop upscale en luxe hotels gewend, maar dit was veruit de slechtste ervaring tot nu toe. Incapabel personeel die geen simpele verzoeken kan onthouden, zoals het aanvragen van een kingsize bed. Roomservice die je bestelling kwijt raakt, de valet parking medewerker die je zonder enige reden in de welness gaat zoeken (alsof enig weldenkend mens in een sauna gaat zitten als je je auto wilt ophalen). Het was een groot drama en domper voor onze romantische getaway.
