Triple room had super comfortable beds and pillows. The best we had out of two hotels and one AirBnB during a two week Europe trip. Staff 24hr will free cappuccino maker in lobby. Comfortable and clean, and very affordable

I stayed at this centrally located hotel for two nights in a single bedroom. The room was adequate for my visit, clean with a spacious bathroom. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. It was well worth worth what I paid

중앙역에서 가깝고 트램역, 맛집, 마트가 가까워서 편리하게 다닐수 있고 왠만한 관광지는 트램으로 다 커버 가능해서 위치적으로 좋았습니다. 인포가 2층에 있어서 조금 당황스러웠고 2층에 묵었는데 밤, 새벽에 소음×일억조 최고였습니다. 길거리 소음도 있지만 인포에서 얘기를 새벽에도 거의 매일해서 귀밝고 예민한 분들은 비추입니다. 자다가도 깰 정도로 진짜 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 청결 수준은 바닥입니다. 바닥청소는 안해주고 머리카락 그대로, 먼지가 굴러다닐 정도입니다. 돈 조금 더 주고 다른곳 묵는거 추천합니다.

Meget små, beskidte og kolde værelser. Meget larm fra gaden og fra gangen. Lugt af cigaretrøg og weed fra gaden, kommer ind på værelset igennem de utætte vinduer. Billederne fra hotels.com passer ikke med virkeligheden. F.eks er billederne af restauranten slet ikke en del af hotellet, men fra en restaurant i nærheden. Vi overnattede en enkelt nat og blev nødt til at flytte. Kan ikke anbefales.

We booked For one night somewhere to rest our heads after a busy day sightseeing. Hotel reception was a little hectic. Room had 3 small singles which was fine for one night but any longer would have been a challenge. Room space could be re designed to optimise space. So many bedside tables and things in the way. Beds comfy. Would have liked extra pillows. Bathroom great and shower was really powerful. Great location. No lift just lots of stairs but We didn’t mind. Would stay again if we needed a place to stay in the city.

Our room was on the fourth floor. My husband had to carry our luggage all the way up. Stairs were too steep. For me, the hotel is good for backpackers not for people with lots of stuff. Cleanliness-wise, it was okay.

Seen lots of bad reviews but honestly this place was spot on for anyone needing big attractions within walking distance. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom with walk in shower no complaints at all. Free hot drinks 24/7 and vending machines in reception. We were greeted by a great receptionist who explained everything very well. Even when we left another receptionist asked if we remembered our phones and passports as he could tell we had been to coffee shop. Overall 5 stars from me great for a fair priced stay in the city centre

Great location, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and very basic - which is ok. I knew groig in the deal. LOCATION was amazing. The issue was the shower didn't drain, and when I tried to shower in the AM, I was standing in a shower full of water (GROSS)

The lack of elevator to get to the 3rd floor was interesting. Thankfully one of the lovely staff members helped us when we arrived but no one was available when checking out. We dubbed the stairs as the 'death stairs' as they were small and not full sized steps which seemed a hazard when carrying large and heacy suitcases. Bathroom wasnt as clean as expected and room was tiny. Knees almost touching the sink when using the toilet. Rooms are not sound proof and you can hear anyone walking up and down the stairs during the night disturbing sleep. Location wise this property is perfect with it being a few minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal. Likely would stay again if travelling on own and not carrying suitcases.

BED BUGS INFESTATION!!! Me and my friends got bitten all over our body and when we removed the sheets we wanted to throw up!! Stay away from this place if you don’t want to have a terrible time. On top of that, This hotel doesn’t have an elevator so good luck climbing to your room.
