De Reehorst is een goed geoutilleerd hotel: de kamers zijn wel aan een opknapbeurt toe. De locatie zo dichtbij het station is top. Jammer dat het restaurant op zondag dicht is: dan maar naar de Pyramide voor een Shoarma schotel.

Big hotel, close to the train station. Easy to find. Public areas are quite nice but rooms are quite interesting and different. Difference could be good thing but having all these textures all over the walls as well make the room feel a bit stale. Breakfast could have been nice if there had been enough personnel to fill pots, now there was no warm food other than mushrooms left. Not the worst but not the best either.

Een prettig verblijf, helaas was de bar gereserveerd voor een besloten feest. In de nabije omgeving was niet veel te vinden. Heel attent, de barmanager bood ons een drankje aan om mee te nemen naar de kamer.

We have been coming here for many years because the location is perfect, close to the main train station. However our stay this time was far below par. Most of the staff was not client friendly. The room was only partially cleaned, the breakfast waiter refused to make fresh scrambled eggs, the waiter in the evening restaurant didn’t really want to serve us after 20:30 (restaurant was open till 21:30). And at the end my bill for a 4 night stay contained a charge for 5 nights breakfast. I will not return.
By the way today this facility was used as a vaccination center for Covid/ Flu so attracts a lot of non-hotel guests.

De kamer en het ontbijt waren goed, alleen miste ik op de kamer koffie- en theefaciliteiten.
Wat mij echter het meest stoorde was dat de bar en het restaurant op zondag dicht zijn. Ik begreep vanuit geloofsovertuiging, maar ik vind dat niet meer van deze tijd.

Wij verbleven 1 nacht in het reehorst hotel. Bij binnenkomst zag alles er prima uit. Wat verouderd maar wel netjes. Eenmaal in de kamer bleek de climate control niet naar behoren te werken. Daarvoor in de plaats stond een mobiele airco waarvan de slang naar buiten niet tussen het kiepraampje paste waardoor de warme lucht weer terug kwam naar binnen.
Daarna nog even onder de douche, alleen een kleine douchekop op het plafond en geen slang. Erg onhandig als je het mij vraagt. En dat terwijl er wel een beugel hangt voor een losse slang.
Als je de douche uitzet hoor je door de leidingen een heel hard geluid. Wij werden wakker van de douche van de buren. Geen waterkoker of koffiezetapparaat aanwezig, ook geen koelkastje voor je eigen drinken. Dit dient dus beneden tegen betaling gehaald te worden.
Toch waren er ook wel wat positieve punten. Het bed in onze kamer was goed te doen, de kamer was netjes en schoon.
Als laatste complimenten voor het personeel welke je allemaal begroeten en bereidt zijn net iets extra’s voor je te doen
Al met al prima te doen voor 1 nacht, niet voor langer verblijf

This is a sort of strange property. The decor seems like it's intended for Instagram photos perhaps? A strange mishmash of styles and design choices. There were a lot of spaces that it wasn't clear what they were for. There is only one restaurant and it has no snacks, though I was able to ask for fries and green salad (and they were made promptly and delivered to my room) but they were not on the menu. I'm vegetarian and allergic to gluten and there was only one thing I could eat. Breakfast was very nice though, with the option to get omelets. Without a car or bike there are not a lot of dining options nearby though Uber Eats does deliver. The room was clean and comfortable though strangely decorated with a shower stall in the room. Internet was reliable and the staff was fluent in English and very helpful when I needed it. It is convenient to the train station with an easy walk.

It was a really eclectic mishmash of styles. We really enjoyed the service and food at Atelier (restaurant on site). Parts of the facility could be updated, but very spacious for a European hotel room.

Goede parkeervoorzieningen en goede ligging t.o.v. het (intercity) NS station. Het ontbijt ad EUR 19,50 p.p. vinden wij veel en veel te fors aan de prijs.
