스탠리 컬렉션 호텔 헤그라 암스테르담

위치는 관광지랑 다 가까워서 좋았어요 그러나 건물 오래된 집을 호텔로 하다보니 좁은 계단을 오르내리막 하기에 힘들었어요! 방안에 냉장고라던지 커피포트라던지 아무것도 없이 씻고, 잠자는 목적에는 맞습니다!!

It was so lovely in a very good location

A good place to stay in Amsterdam. If you are traveling with little luggage due to the lack of elevators in the premises. However, Paolo is a really helpful person.

First the positives: the hotel was in a great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The negatives: the stairs in this place were ridiculous. I realize this is a historic building, but the hotel really needs to inform guest that the stairs are near vertical and windy and not doable for elderly people or people with disabilities. My husband who is fit could not carry our medium size suitcases up the stairs to our fourth floor room without great difficulty. The room was musty smelling and in need of redecorating. I felt like it was quite moldy and in need of fresh paint. I was disappointed in the quality of this hotel for the price I paid which was nearly $300 a night after fees and taxes. I would recommend another place with better accessibility to the rooms.

Very nice hotel with lots of character. Very close to attractions, bus, taxis and Central Station. Right along the canal with a pretty walk. Tons of great places to eat all around and not too touristy.

Es un hotel muy céntrico, la atención se centra en ser solo buena pero no tienen un horario de recepción de 24hrs. Es decir que cualquier inconveniente si no tienes línea telefónica en ese momento a donde llamar en una situación pues te tendrás que esperar. Creo que varios hoteles del centro en Ámsterdam no tienen elevador y hay que subir tus maletas cargando escalón por escalón y ahí vaya que son pequeños. Por el tipo de construcciones que utilizan. Honestamente por la ubicación creo que si me volvería a quedar, sin embargo la limpieza no es excelente, al ser tan pequeño el espacio, a la hora de la limpieza no limpian debajo de la cama y sentí bastante tierra en los días que estuve. Pero no quiere decir que esté todo muy sucio tampoco, solo que podrían mejorar: le puse 4 estrellas por eso y porque el día que llegue me quedé sin luz mientras dormía y no cargaron mis celulares y no hubo nadie hasta el día siguiente que bajé a pedir ayuda, que seguramente otro cuarto hizo que yo me viera afectado. En fin, la atención no sobresale pero no es mala. Solo podría mejorar en su horario de servicio o tener un whats app disponible en una emergencia

A cute little building in a good location in Amsterdam. But let’s emphasize little. The rooms were tiny with barely any flat surfaces. It was difficult moving around the bed and not really any room for our luggage. The servicing of the room was minimal with dirty cups not washed or replaced. The walls/doors/windows let every sound in or out, and being on the street, it was difficult to sleep with traffic and talking pedestrians. The staff (with the exception of Paolo) seemed disinterested in their jobs, and often turned up late, so morning coffees were not until 9.30am. I think this building is overrated as a hotel and does not represent value for money at all. Other nearby hotels offered far better value and space. Disappointed as we had high hopes here.

It‘s a very well located hotel in a charming building right on the canal. The room was clean & lovely, big enough for a short stay. I enjoyed that restaurants, cafes & shops were in walking distance. You need to be aware that there’s no elevator and the stairs are quite steep and narrow, which wasn’t an issue for us however. Only thing I can criticize was that the bathroom had no heating, so it was freezing cold in there.

We were at the top room and the stairs got steep, very steep. My main gripe was that there was no tea making facilities in our room, due to the room being top floor and steep stairs this would have been makers useful.

This hotel was a great choice. The location within Amsterdam was perfect and I couldn’t have asked for better views overlooking the canal. The building itself is a stunning canal house that really made my trip all the more wonderful. There are some spots on the stairs and banisters that were showing some wear, but absolutely nothing that was detrimental to my stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, making perfect use of the space. The only aspect that was a bit of a downside for me was the bathroom ventilation. A warm shower for more than a minute had the walls dripping with condensation. It’s no wonder the shower curtain had some mold at the bottom with all the moisture. Again though, this was nothing that took away from my overall experience and I would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Hegra again on a future trip. Last thing I would mention, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, which is always appreciated.

Very cosy room. Comfy beds. Everything necessary inside. Very pleasant and kind welcoming staff. It was exciting to sleep in such old building, that is completely modernised.

Excellent location on the canal in lovely part of town. Historic old building which meant extremely narrow winding steep staircase with no lift to 3rd floor room. Really small double room. En-suite so small with only hand washing sink. Reception only open until 6pm. Really friendly staff. So mixed bag but we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location

Incredibly small family room - 4 single beds crammed into a space that is really a bed that only really has sufficient space for a double/queen bed. Certainly no space to comfortably store belongings - we had to stack open cases on the floor in front of the window facing away from the canal (which opened out onto a damp flat roofed area). Small spaces are to be expected in historic buildings but this really isn't a family room - very disappointing!

Great location to tour Amsterdam from. Enjoyed the stay.

Fabulous property! Right in the middle of it all, but quiet in the evening. Room was as advertised and the staff was extremely accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Paul and Deet at the front desk were wonderful, room was clean in a nice quiet zone that is conveniently only footsteps away from all the shopping, food, bars, etc.

What a mess this hotel is. New management let it go to rack and ruin

Loved the location and property itself. You provided a bottle of water unsealed. I guess for drinking but we didn't know the source of the water and it being unsealed. For all we knew it was filled with toilet water by a previous guest. Suggest providing two bottles of commercially filtered water in refrigerator. Also the refrigerator was not cool even though it was turned up full.
