The hotel staff was friendly and the service was good. The location of the hotel is also good (there are many tram lines passing by). However, when I checked in and entered the room, I didn't feel good. (Because the premium room picture I saw on Hotels.com when I made the reservation was very different from the actual room condition.) They need to correct their mistake. (Picture posted to look somewhat different from the room environment) Because that mistake influenced my hotel decision. Other than that part, I was overall satisfied with my stay. I would like to visit this place again.

덴하그를 또 간다면, 기꺼이 다시 묶을 의향이 생길만큼 좋은 숙소였다. 시내 접근성이 압도적으로 편하고 핫한 가게와 맛집들이 주변에 널렸다. 조식은 못했고, 석식 했는데 심히 웰빙 식단이라 리조또만 추천한다. 직원들 매우 친절하고 서비스도 좋다. 주차장이 엘리베이터로 이동 가능해서 매우 편했다.

We went to this Hotel for the fist time. It is not the cheapest one but it’s a beautifull place right next to the city center and the tram. Plus the breakfast is amazing👍

The hotel itself is very nice, very well located and with all the necessary things you may need during the family trip. However I always get surprised, why very simple requests turn out to be so difficult to fulfil by the stuff. We had a deluxe suite with sofa bed for our child - which was not prepared when we got in. BUT: I wonder, why it turned out to be so difficult to get the second blanket (you call it "duvet") for the master bed. I had to ask 3 times before someone came with it. Another story is - why there is ALWAYS only one blanket on the master bed by default? And also the breakfast - I mean, it maybe ok (buffet however was very poor and the cheese was very dry and not fresh), but please, not for 30 EUR/person/day...

Geweldig hotel op een mooie centrale locatie.

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre, dans un bâtiment ancien rénové avec goût. La chambre etait splendide et très bien insonorisée. Le personnel était charmant. Mention spéciale pour Bo à la réception, qui nous a proposé de déjà profiter de la chambre alors que nous passions juste déposer nos affaires. Nous reviendrons !

Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen von Den Haag. Die Innenstadt und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind unmittelbar im Nahbereich des Hotels. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch im Bad fehlte es an nichts. Wir hatten den Aufenthalt mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Äußerst reichhaltig und auf Wunsch wurden Pancakes und Omelette frisch zubereitet und durch das freundliche Personal an den Tisch gebracht. Wir werden unseren nächsten Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder im VOCO verbringen.

Trevlig och bra service av personalen. Bra läge på hotellet. Rent och snyggt i rummet med bra inredning. Skön fast säng. Kaffemaskin på rummet. Tog extra notis om de två fina kaffe/tekopparna med fat som fanns till : )

O hotel tinha disponibilidade para fornecer upgreide mas não quiseram devido há má vontade das jovens recepcionistas sem experiência no tratamento com o hóspede.. A arrumação péssima o quarto sempre sujo e não trocavam as toalhas .Pedimos chinelos e estava em falta.Tivemos que pagar o guarda-chuva €2,00 por 48 horas e pagamos um adicional de 20,00 eur que foi debitado no cartão sem minha autorização pelo atraso e disseram que o serviço era terceirizado. Não recomendo o hotel.

This hotel is very modern, and the location is excellent. The check-in process was very quick, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. The only downside is that the trash was not taken out during cleaning.
