I 've stayed at 755 Asure Motel for 9days. The place I stayed was spacious and cozy which made me feel comfortable to stay during 9days. I came Dunedin for works and I wanted quiet and close location so I would able to follow the schedule and the location of this motel is really great that I could go everywhere by walks. And I wanted to say thank you to the kind staff who helped and kindly
welcomed me. It was my first time to visit New Zealand and I definitely recommend this place !

Booked a king size bed. It was just two beds pushed together. The towels had stains on them. The spa bath jets were missing the covers so the jets just spayed water everywhere. Parking was cramped and terribly layed out. Our balcony had a leak above it and caused it to be covered in water.
Overall would not be going back to this place.

Receptionist was warm and welcoming. We stayed new years eve and they gave a box of forero rocher chocolates and a well wishing card. The property could have been cleaner, the benches had crumbs all over it. And the bath tub had hair in it

Just made you wonder how clean the rest of the place was.
