Location of the hotel was very easy to find.And the bus stop is also very close. It is about 10 minutes to downtown on foot. The staff is kind. The room was clean and no bad smell. They provide 2Gb free wifi per day.

The only shortcoming is that the hotel does not have a shuttle bus but it is not good to walk with luggage. They do a call taxi service , though. Proper for luxurios relax.

The hotel is clean; The cleaning staff did a great job! Location is good too! Right next to the lake and 5 mins walk to town centre. But service is rather average. I cannot even get the staff to turn the queen bed into two single beds with bed sheets, minding you that the queen bed is actually made of two single beds. I also tried to get the restaurant to heat up so leftover food. The staff member is rude and said things against OH&S. BS! We were planning to have dinner there but because this bad service, we decided to move away from this restaurant. Also, the internet sucks!! 2.98Mpbs per second!!! And it kept on dropping out. This is a joke!

We really liked the refurbished superior room we stayed in - the bathroom was really nice, the bed was very comfortable and the room was furnished in a modern classic style. The television was a good size and the room looked out at a pretty courtyard garden. The downsides of the hotel would be the exterior and some of the communal areas are looking a bit dated and tired. Also, even though Queenstown’s retail area is definitely a walkable distance, there is quite a steep hill to contend with on your return.

This was a good hotel. We would happily stay again. The bathroom was newly renovated and beautiful! We had two queen beds for a family with kids and there was plenty of surfaces to spread out suitcases. Parking needs to be booked or you may miss out. Street parking around the hotel wasn’t hard though. It’s a 10min walk down to the lake and main hub of Queenstown, but it is quite steep of a hill at times so not ideal for those who can’t walk far. Paid parking is available down there and was quite easy to find for us. Staff were friendly and answered all questions we had. Was a little uninformed on the services when I checked in, eg apparently there was a laundromat that we would have loved to use, but I didn’t hear about it until I heard about another guest discussing it before we left. We didn’t have an information book in our room. Overall, very happy and would stay again!!

Hotel room itself is clean and tidy and within our expectation. Some rooms are facing garden and should be good (my room wasn’t btw). Car park is available and just fine. Hotel is located middle of the hill and need to climb up somehow when you go back to hotel which was good after dinner excercise.

部屋やロケーション、スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。残念な点が一点あり、ランドリーの乾燥機が機能せず、部屋のドライヤーで乾かしました。ただそれを含めても、最高のホテルかと思います。
