노보텔 로토루아 레이크사이드

위치가 Eat street 바로 앞이고 로토루아 호수 옆에 있는 큰 놀이터가 바로 보이는 곳이라 아이가 있는 경우 숙박하기 좋습니다. 객실 상태도 괜찮았어요. 다만 스파 시설은 진짜 몸만 담그는 정도로 그리 넓지는 않았습니다.

객실이 매우 더럽고 청소가 제대로 안되어 있습니다. 수영장 물도 매우 더러워요. 한 스파 안에는 검은색 깃털이 안에 가득했어요. 체크인 해준 직원은 포함된 조식이라던지 와이파이를 어떻게 사용하면 되는지 최소한의 안내도 안해줬습니다. 조식 시간이나 조식 식당 방향정도는 체크인 때 설명해주면 좋을 것 같아요.

숙소의 위치와 아침식사, 시설이 다 괜찮았어요 호텔입구 오른편 기둥에 전기차 충전시설도 있어서 편리했습니다. 다만 체크인할때 직원에게 전기차충전시설 위치를 물어보았는데 직원이 호텔정보를 잘몰라 그런시설이 없다고 답해서 무척 당황했습니다.

레이크산책로, 놀이터가 가까워서 아이들 놀기에 편했어요~ 조식은 평범했으나 풍경은 아름다웠습니다. 체크인 후 룸에 갔는데 새깃털이 있었어요. 컴플레인은 하지 않았습니다. 침대는 편안했습니다. 수건을 요청했는데 오지 않아서 정리중인 메이드에게 받았습니다. 수영장은 차갑고 좀 관리가 안된는 느낌이네요. 로비에서 주는 아이스크림이 맛있어요! 호텔은 좀 낡았지만 가족여행으로는 괜찮았습니다

it is such a nice hotel but too old . I satisfy with the servicing but not a condition . this hotel needs renovation.

Bathroom too old, carpets too old.

뉴질랜드 도착하자마자 렌트빌려서 로토루아에 바로 갔어요 가는데 거의 24시간 가까이 걸렸고 시차적응, 운전적응 매우 피곤했어요 하지만 호텔직원들이 매우 친절했고, 이미 한국에서 결제하고 갔는데 제가 저녁늦게 도착하여 예약된방이 없어졌다며 스위트룸을 받았습니다 저희 8, 10살 남자아이들 들어가자마자 너무 좋아했고, 프라이빗스파와 수영장에서도 잘놀았어요 또한 호텔바로옆에 걸어서 시내와 폴리네시안스파, 거버먼트가든, 강가등 모든게 다있었고 투어로 아그로돔이나 레인보우스프링스등등도 차로 가까이 있었어요 정말 잘이용해서 꼭꼭 다시가고싶어요

During the trip, he used Novotel, including Oakland Airport and Sydney Airport, but had the worst experience at Rotorua Novotel. I never used a minibar, but it was paid New Zealand $12 for it. It's a small sum, but I feel bad. When we checked out, the Novotel employee charged us $12 for coke and cider that we did not use. We said we had never used it and the staff agreed with our story. Suddenly, 12 dollars was spent on credit cards and it was reported that two $6 water was used. We stayed here for two nights and did not use water. I also wonder if there was water in the minibar. Didn't they charge us for water that wasn't originally offered? I went out to buy water at 12 a.m. on Jan. 6 and closed the door and asked Novotel front staff where the water was available. She was even told to drink tap water in toilet because New Zealand water was clean. I want to talk to the employee at the time of checkout.

Stay at this hotel for two nights. Bad hotel experience for a family vacation. Room was very small and the bathroom was really worn out. This hotel seriously needs renovation if they want to charge customers what they are charging now. Had to pay extra money for Wifi. Some staff was friendly but there was also very rude staff, too. I want to believe that it was not the staff's intention, but I almost felt like the staff was rude because I am a foreigner and my English is not good enough. It was a very upsetting experience and ruined family vacation for the whole day. The location is the only good thing about this hotel. I really don't understand why it is a 4+ star hotel at all. I would never stay at this hotel again.

아침에 로토루아 호수를 산책하기 좋아요 먹자골목과 가깝고 여행자 센터와도 멀지않아서 시내버스로 관광하기에 좋습니다 물론 자가용이용자를위한 주차장도 넓습니다

We loved the spa and how friendly the staff were. My daughter loved the way we were welcomed.

Our favourite interaction was with Sunny. She was warm, friendly and a great laugh. It set the tone for our stay, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks Sunny! You’re the best x

Absolutely fantastic staff at this hotel. Just a note, they charge for parking

Service was mediocre. Room service is childish with a doggy bag and while I was assured my car will be in the front waiting for me at 7am I arrived and the car was not there and they told me it would take 15minutes.

Family-friendly hotel. Good weekend away

Needs a good clean, bathroom was blocked and dirty black mold in the bath. Carpets are run down badly n it smelled

Novotel used to be my preferred choice for many years, but this stay fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect. From the poor reception service to the worn-out carpet and outdated bathroom, I was disappointed throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

First time at Novotel. Once stepped into the room I already got bitten by fleas on my feet and legs. Carpet needs deep cleaning and couch have stains in them. Never felt uncomfortable ever in a hotel. Staffs are excellent with the service and have provided us a new room and felt a little relieved because the crawlies subsided but the toilets are dirty and have stained in the bath in shower and the ceiling is also dirty and rotting. The hotel needs renovation and is tired. I praised the staffs for being accommodating and helpful though.
